Check in was smooth.. Rooms were clean… it could use some updating, but it was pretty clean and beds were comfortable… Prices are great for the the stay… only problem I had was the person next door to me was always smoking weed by the door soon as my children and I walk out… other than that, great stay and will stay again.

This is Mr. Patels place lol, if you know you know.. but seriously the beds were clean and comfortable, the bathrooms are definitely vintage, no carpet in the rooms is wonderful the ac is very cold and its quiet at night. The exterior of the property is well worn, the walls have holes and stains and its obviously that this hotel has seen better days however, if your looking for a clean bed with a decent mattress and a quiet spot for the night this place is alright but it is what it is and its definitely a Mr. Patel special! Its a vintage experience and their pool is actually pretty nice.

This was my second time staying at this property. I will safe the staff is very accommodating. I was able to check in early. The only downside was the tv didn’t work but I wasn’t there beyond one night so I didn’t stress about it. Overall it’s affordable, safe and convenient.

Extremely good value for the money. The property is old and not very well kept, but it wasn't really dirty. The pool was great. Cable TV. The "free" breakfast was cereal, oranges, and toast. That's it. Almost not worth the walk down to the lobby. Very friendly staff. I would stay there again, because of how cheap it was.

Put 71 year old upstairs. No elevators. Exterior is not clean. Exterior Door to room 201 not in good condition. Floors dirty. Continental breakfast was not a good experience. Would not stay at this site again.
