It is located in an ideal part of Margaret River between the township, beaches and wineries on a manicured hectare property. The Green Room has been thoughtfully created to provide guests with a sense of privacy and seclusion. A wood screened courtyard with views of the tree tops and outdoor seating to enjoy surrounds the suite. Inside is light and spacious with a comfortable king bed and quality linen. The room has a well equiped kitchenette complete with fridge and microwave as well as an ensuite bathroom. Enjoy satellite free to air TV and wifi. The tv is useless if u dont have a dvd player packed 🙄 And the shower took forever to heat up and used a bad water saver head so washing was very hard also personal note matress wayyy to soft so both me and partner had terrable sleeps

Margaret River at your fingertips
Chelsea & Glen's little retreat space was perfectly located for us to access everything in the MR region. The kitchenette allowed us to prepare our own meals when we didn't feel like driving into town. The space is lovely and light and we appreciated having a small outdoor space to sit when the weather allowed. Even though it is adjacent to the home, it feels private. Chelsea's fabulous massage was an added bonus.

A beautifully presented room, as clean as i have seen in a Stayz or similar accommodation. The bed was the most comfortable i have experienced outside of my own. One suggestion - a sign on the fence in front of the parking bay to say The Green Room would be perfect (unless we missed something on the day).

A very warm and comfortable place for a relaxing getaway. We thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and the very convenient location. Chelsea and Glen are great hosts whom we had the pleasure to meet. We definitely would return in the future.

Green room, great room
We really enjoyed staying at the Green Room. We had a hire car so the location was perfect for us. The accommodation was extremely clean and neat, quiet, thoughtfully supplied with items for our use. The hosts asked for a non contact policy unless it was very important and we respected their request. The only issue being with VRBO.com itself as any emails from the hosts was through the VRBO app and we were unable to respond for some reason with our cell phone. I tried texting the hosts via their cell numbers but no response so presume that did not work either. Probably won’t use VRBO again. All in all, a great stay in Margaret River Green Room, thanks Glen and Chelsea.

Great place to relax after a day of exploration
This property as located in a quiet setting sith restful decor and within an easy short drive from the Margaret River town centre, which has some good restaurant options. We can highly recommend the Strings and Roundabouts restaurant It is also just a short drive to the coast which has nice beaches for swimming. We found the location to be very central to the attractiions we chose to visit. If younare wanting a place that provides some peace and quiet from you"re adventures and has a personal touch, I dont think you would be disappointed with The Green Room. Peace and tranquility
The Green Room is a peaceful haven and a place to stop and reset. Very simple, thoughtfully designed and perfectly located. Great for one person or a couple, with enough space to relax, listen to the wind in the trees and the sounds of nature. The hosts, Chelsea and Glen, completely respect guest privacy but also stay in touch for any needs. I had everything I needed and was only a few minutes drive from Prevelly in one direction and Margaret River in the other. Thank you!

Quiet self-contained retreat
My partner and I had been road-tripping around WA for 2 weeks and this was the perfect place to end our holiday. The accommodation was perfect in every way, clean, comfortable and very quiet. Chelsea was a lovely host, easy to communicate with and offered a discount on 1 hour massage due to arborists turning up during our stay. I would definitely recommend The Green Room for anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway.

Quick Escape Down South

Countryside Delight.
Fantastic say for 2 in beautiful surrounding environment - lots of birdlife and green all round. Away from hustle and bustle but conveniently close to Margaret River town. Location perfect to visit numerous tourist sites along Caves Road. Highly recommended!
