« Carpet in our room needed to be cleaned as there were big stains. Carpet in hallways also looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in a while. Tiles/flooring in elevators were severely cracked and needed to be replaced. Also upon arrival, entering the lobby to check in, it was very warm. You could tell there was no air conditioning in that area, perhaps it was broken or hotel trying to save money but temp levels were warmer than outdoors »

« WE LEFT EARLY IT WAS SO BAD!! Yes, we eventually became so fed up with the issues at this property that we left halfway through our visit. The company happily kept our entire payment and showed no concern for the many problems we dealt with during our stay.- We didn't receive our entrance instructions on time for arrival- The property was covered in spiders, their webs and dead bugs, live bugs inside the bedrooms and a kitchen covered in ants-Maintenance showed up twice to perform maintenance...

"Quelle déception !!! L’hôtel est très vieux et sale et la proximité de l’autoroute fait que peu importe dans quellle chambre vous vous trouvez, c’est tres tres bruyant, emportez vos boules quies. Seule bonne note, le perdonnel accueillant et souriant qui fait tout son possible pour que vous passiez un bon sejour malgre tout. Il faut absolument que Holiday Inn fasse les renovations et isolations phoniques nécessaires !!!"
