### Charming Countryside Retreat: Heated Pool, Tennis, Games Room - Near Le Mans

Located 25 minutes north of Le Mans, near the Mancelles Alps and the Perche, the gîte is part of the Domaine de Crottay. Gardens with species of various colors, wooded park, meadows and orchards of this 18th and 19th century property with elegant buildings, offer the natural setting of this corner of nature that the owners like to share. Swimming pool heated from May to September. Tennis, walks, games of hide-and-seek, cabins, sculpted trees: so many delicious moments in perspective for adults and children alike! It is a small natural paradise close to Beaumont sur Sarthe and its shops. The place is ideal for recharging one's batteries but it is also conducive to discovering woodworking and dynamic photography (\[hidden\]  
Cottage on 2 levels. On the ground floor: a large living room with lounge, fireplace-insert. A fully equipped independent kitchen (2 gas hobs). 1 bathroom with sink and walk-in shower. 1 separate WC. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 intermediate bedroom with 1 single bed, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed. Upstairs: entrance hall. Living room-stay with kitchenette (plate 2 electric fires). 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and adjoining shower room and wc and 1 large bedroom with 1 double bed with adjoining shower room and wc. 1 small children's bedroom with 1 single bed. Internet access.  
Games room available (shared with the other gite) with billiards, table football, home-trainer..... Petanque pitch, tennis court.  
Possibility to book a single additional bedroom, annexed to the gîte, with 1 bedroom for 2 people, 1 double bed, shower room with wc (€50/night for the additional bedroom with a minimum of 2 nights. Decreasing price from the 3rd night).  
No reservations for business trips.

Liked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy

Very beautiful property and surroundings with an immaculate garden and pool. Slight issues with the language on arrival as Madame has limited English. Would suggest Tourist tax be included in the rental price but overall an excellent stay with very good local restaurants and boulangerie.
