Our condo was on the 8th floor and the elevators were working expeditiously to make sure we were able to enjoy the outdoors without delay! We had a great stay and this condo had everything we needed. The communication with the property manager was great with quick responses. We loved the location and that it included everything we needed to enjoy the beach. It was close to everything including shops, grocery, and restaurants. We enjoyed the balcony very much. Condo came fully equipped with everything we needed for a week of beaching including a beach closet with chairs, beach toys, umbrella, and beach cart. Restaurant/bar next door. The Gulf and unbelievable sunsets are at your doorstep in this lovely, well appointed condo. The balcony was our favorite space. Every possible convenience available for your use from large screen TVs, three of them, to beach chairs and toys and a well stocked kitchen. The condo itself is fantastic and slept 3 of us easily. It certainly could accommodate a few more people as we did not even open the sleeper sofa. The view and location were perfect.
