This 3rd floor, one-bedroom condo sleeps five, with one queen bed, a twin sleeper sofa bed, a sleeper sofa, and one bathroom. Anglers Cove surrounds you with amenities. Hibiscus-scented paths wind through tropical gardens taking you to two large heated pools sparkling in the midst of a ring of palm trees. Take a refreshing swim then relax on the adjoining sun decks or luxuriate in one of the hot tubs. Another garden path leads to two newly resurfaced tennis courts. There’s no better way to end another perfect day in paradise then a sunset stroll alongside the river followed by dinner and drinks beneath the stars at the Dolphin Tiki Bar and Grill. The pure white interior of the unit provides a sense of serenity. Tile floors and perfectly placed amenities create a feeling of island-style living at its best, with cozy furnishings and beautiful tropical artwork and décor. A view of the palm trees and other tropical plants greet you every time you step out onto your balcony. Sit back and bask in the fresh air as you savor your morning coffee. The kitchen features pristine countertops and all the modern appliances and cookware you need to serve up a meal on the dining table or sip beverages on the balcony as the sun goes down. The roomy bedroom is decorated with an oceanic design and offers all the closet and drawer space you need. The view is of other condos about 40’ away. Not what I expected. Also there was a constant flow of cigarette smoke to the lanai making it unusable for us. The unit was clean except for dust bunnys on the floor. Laundry facility was clean. Parking was good. Area was safe. Maintenance was very responsive. Check in and check out was easy. Communication was excellent. The mattress was way too soft. Felt like I was in a hammock. Had to put pillows under my back. No floor fan for white noise. We bought one and left for the next renters. Fitting a family of four is tight. The single pull out is in the master bedroom. Unless you're up before 7:00 a.m., it's perfect. There are no blackout curtains or shades in the unit. So once the sun comes up so are you. Again, the cleanliness and amenities are five star. We are not early risers on vacation and by that I mean before daylight. It appears that the family/kids pool is on the south side and adults on the North. There will be a lengthy line for laundry on the same floor in high season. Parking is easy as can be. And remember, if arriving after hours, the welcoming Center is about a half a mile away to gain access. I would highly recommend the place for a couple or a family of three, four is tight ##### Martin M.
