Lakeside Season Memorial Day, to Labor Day. Tesla EV charger Please visit the Lakeside web site for more specifics. www.lakesideohio.com. This cottage has central heat and a/c for year-round comfort. There is a first floor hvac system and a separate hvac system for the second floor. There are five sleeping spaces, two bathrooms, one large gathering space, and a nice size front porch. There is one large table for eating and playing games. The large table will seat 17\. There is an attached garage for playing games and family gathering. Not for parking vehicles. There are enough beds to sleep 14\. The upstairs has four sleeping spaces and a bathroom with a shower/tub combo. There is one sleeping space on the first floor and a bathroom with a shower. Appliances we have them all - kitchen disposal, washer/ dryer, dishwasher, electric stove top and convection oven, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker and a tankless hot water system. There is a second / extra fridge /freezer in the garage. There is a circular Weber charcoal grill. You need to bring the charcoal and matches. The gate fees are additional fees outside of the cottage rental fee. Lakeside Season Memorial Day to Labor Day Lakeside Chautauqua is an amazing community. There is daily programming so be sure to check out the Lakeside Ohio web site. Lakeside helps to allow you to experience a slower time. The community includes large pier going into Lake Erie, downtown shopping, restaurants, ice cream shops, movie theater, parks, splash pad, pool, wellness center, playgrounds, basketball, tennis, pickleball, shuffleboard, mini golf, art classes, worship, exhibits, and classes. Don't forget to walk along Ohio's Most Beautiful Mile, along the shores of Lake Erie. Outside the gates there is a lot to do in the surrounding communities; Cedar Point, wineries, animal safari, waterparks, island hopping, and restaurants galore. Near Mazurik Boat Launch. At no additional cost, an electric four-person golf cart is included for use during the week. The golf cart is available End of May until the Middle of October. You must have a valid driver's license. You must be 21 years old to operate the golf cart. The golf cart is to be used only inside the gates/fence of Lakeside. The golf cart has a capacity for four people. The golf cart must be plugged in each night. The golf cart is electric. The internet is available year-round. There is no cable TV. The TV is a smart TV - if you have a subscription to a service it will work on the TV. The cottage sits on a corner lot. The lot has expansive views of Perry Park and Lake Erie. Sleeping spaces up: Front room - queen bed Front room - queen bed Rear room - king bed Loft room - two sets of twin over twin bunk beds 2024 all new mattresses Sleeping space first floor: Queen bed - twin over twin bunk bed 2024 new mattresses. Linens are provided. As a convenience, all beds are pre-made with sheets prior to your arrival. The sheets are being washed on the hottest cycle. All sheets will be cleaned upon departure by the cleaners. The renters are responsible for taking the sheets off the beds, that were used, and placed near the washing machine. Please do not put the bedspread next to the washing machine. Leave the bedspread with the pillows on the bed. The renter is responsible for putting used towels and bath mats next to the washing machine. High-efficiency front loading washing machine detergent is included. There are some pool/beach towels. There is a community pool. Please check the Lakeside Ohio web site for dates and details of when the pool is open. Upon departure, guests must clean and put away all kitchenware. Dishwasher detergent is under the kitchen sink. The location of this cottage is amazing. Close to Ohio's Most Beautiful mile of a walking trail. What a View. Overlooking Perry Park pickle-ball /tennis courts and playground. It is a nice walk to downtown. Walk out your front door and see the lake. The front porch has a view of the lake. Please Note: During the Chautauqua Season, there are gate fees, parking fees, and other policies, not included with the cottage rental. Please see the Lakeside website for any further details. During the Chautauqua Season rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. Reduced rates before Memorial Day and after Labor Day. Please visit the Lakeside Ohio web site for further details. This home is in a prime location with a lake view and park across the street. The attention to detail in every room was amazing. My children especially enjoyed the room with all the games and books! Our grands are ages 5-12 so the parks across the street and just up the street were appreciated. Michelle made our stay so pleasant with so many thoughtful touches - from toys for the kids, an abundance of towels, to simple things like a scoop in the ice bin and a drawer full of chip clips! The home is clean and comfortable with plenty of room for our 3 adult, 5 children group. The kitchen is easy to work in and extremely well supplied. The giant table is also great and not easy to find in rental homes. This was our 4th stay in Lakeside and Lord willing, it won’t be our last. The golf cart provided a fun element for us, too. Highly recommend Michelle and her home. Top notch. ##### Gayla H. We had a little family reunion / milestone celebration with 5 adults and 4 older teens at Michelle's Lakeside Cottage. We had the BEST time! There was so much to do and see. Lakeside is a quaint community that is totally adorable. Be aware of the gate fees but they are totally worth it. Swimming pool, concerts, mini golf and shuffleboard, arts and crafts, food and shopping in the city center... its all relatively close to the house but the included golf cart really helped with a few in our family who do not move around so well. Access to the Beautiful Mile is literally across street, and it is breathtaking. The house is really well appointed, the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals every night and the extra long dining table was great to all eat together. the bedrooms were cute and comfortable, the living space was great, and we spent quite a bit of time just sitting out on the three season porch. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Michelle was extremely attentive and easy to work with. She was a great host and provided everything we needed. We would absolutely recommend her property and hope we can come back again! 5 stars! \*\*\*\*\* ##### Lonny L. Downstairs bathroom is funky but workable. Kitchen is really nice. Loved the two rocker recliners-we fought over them! Michelle is wonderful! Thoughtful selection of toys, family games in garage/gameroom, and high chair for young ones. Just about anything you may need in the kitchen. Location is excellent within Lakeside. She was flexible and incredibly attentive to our needs. The property is terrific. The location (across from Dixon park) was fantastic. As the property is newly renovated — and we were the second renters — there were a few bugs to be worked out. Michelle handled everything efficiently and expertly. We had an incredible 4th of July weekend at this newly renovated lakeside cottage! The view of the lake was simply breathtaking, providing the perfect backdrop for our holiday. The renovations were impeccably done, with a clean and neutral design that made the space feel both modern and cozy. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, making our stay extremely comfortable. We couldn't have asked for a better place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the lake.
