Downstairs, there are two bedrooms (bedroom 1 with a queen and bedroom 2 with a double) with full baths, and upstairs are the bonus kitchen and sitting room, with two additional bedrooms (bedroom 3 has a double and two twin beds, and bedroom 4 has one queen) and one full bathroom.

Outside is a covered porch with a table and an umbrella, seating for six, and extra seating. The grill is by the back door and easily accessible to both the kitchen and the outdoor table. The garden blooms from mid-May to late September, with "taller than you" sunflowers sprouting up mid-July.
