It is very obvious that somebody took a lot of time decorating and putting together a home that is welcoming and offers numerous ways to relax and unwind. I also realize that several of the issues we encountered were due to the fact that this is a new rental and would be easy to fix if the owners chose to do so. However, one of the biggest issues we encountered had to do with communication, or the lack thereof. From an overly complicated check-in process to a broken oven that we were not alerted to until our arrival, things that should be easy caused us real issues. While claiming the home could accommodate 12 guests, we did not have enough linens or bath towels to accommodate our group of nine. They did not provide enough sheets for all the beds and only provided one beach towel for the entire group (we had to buy beach towels at a local store). We would have been happy to bring our own towels, but that was also not communicated. Lastly, in terms of communication, the biggest disappointment is that I sent a much more detailed review to the property management company and requested it be shared with the owners. Besides a standard "we saw your review and will take your points into consideration" email, we have not heard from the management company nor the owners. This leaves me weary of whether or not the small issues will be fixed. ##### Shannon J.
