  • Located in Puerto Banús, the villa Scandinavian Design offers guests a fantastic view of the Mediterranean Sea. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 10 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine as well as a dryer. 2 high chairs and 2 baby cots are also available.

Pros: Amazing property - everything new and perfect- plenty of space - Tv had all the channels and was connected to powerfull Internet which was great to everyone at the same time . Great clean pool. Great communicaton from the owners and had questions we had were answered straight away, few minuttes walk to Banus, shops, restaurants. Will 100% stay again next year!

Pros: Villaen er super dejlig og perfekt beliggenhed. Der er massere privatliv og kort til Puerto Banus’ lækre butikker og restauranter. Jeg tror ikke det er muligt at finde en så lækker villa, til prisen og med den beliggenhed. Jeg vil helt sikkert leje den igen når jeg skal tilbage. Der er massere plads til mange mennesker, vi var 4 piger afsted og vi kunne have hver vores værelse og der var stadig massere ekstra senge. Haven og poolen er skøn og der er sol fra morgen til aften. Det var virkelig betryggende at der er alarm i hele huset, så både når man sover eller er ude og opleve Marbella, kan man være tryg.

The only thing I would say is that the beds aren't that comfortable as they have single duvets cover

Pros: The only thing I would say is that the beds aren't that comfortable as they have single duvets covers and very small square pillows! Not soft covers or pillows at all ! Quiet disappointed and also no air dryer which is so surprising as ever villa we have rented does have one so remember to bring your own from home But a very clean and great outside area

Gå avstand til havnen i Banus, butikker og restauranter. Vil spesielt anbefale nærliggende restauranter som Noto Food and people og Vovem Asador. Dette er et hus vi kunne leid igjen.

Pros: I just returned from celebrating my hen weekend and had the most amazing weekend made even better by this lovely villa. Myself & my girlfriends were so impressed by how modern and well equipped it was, the Sonos system in particular was great for our time spent getting ready & socialising at the villa and the pool area was beautiful. 5 minute taxi journey took us to the port & only took around 10 minutes for us to get to our favourite restaurant in Marbella. Noelia the key holder was also so helpful with recommending restaurants takeaway food & taxis and even left us inflatables for the pool & hen party games which was such a nice touch. I cant recommend this place enough and will definitely be back in the future! Natalie

Negatives would be lack of instructions for alarm system, tv, white goods etc. Also sunbeds could use an upgrade. And lack of placemats etc for dining in. Overall it was a lovely house and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This villa is as good as it looks! Fully equipped and everything as described. The location was als

Pros: This villa is as good as it looks! Fully equipped and everything as described. The location was also very good for the type of holiday we were looking for. If I had to make any negative comment it would be that the rooms need mirrors (preferably long) as being a group of 9 women we were struggling with just the bathroom and top of stair mirror! Also, bins were a little scarce. We also suffered problems with sonos system as the music continously kept dropping however this could of been more of a wifi issue than the system itself. Could be worth having a back up option available to use for instances like this? Overall we had a superb time and both the owner and host (Noellia) could not of been more accommodating, especially on the late check out arrangements. Thank you!

Pros: Väldigt nöjda med allt som fanns, vid problem som uppstod fick vi snabbt hjälp av den lokala agenturen. Även snabba svar från ägaren vid mejlkontakt med honom. Ca 10 min promenad till hamnen och ca 7 min till lokal supermarket. Testade även hemkörning från restauranger med gott resultat. Det enda som inte fungerade var diskmaskinen som inte diskade rent, men den går ju att laga:-)

Pros: Very Nice villa with everything wounderfull like, heatet pool, wireless tv, Music, furnitures etc. and All was new, we had as family the Best trip with close to everything, shops , restaurants, pool, Pueto Banus around the street. This is not last time we have been in this superb villa! And at last Big thanks to the keyholder And the owner, they had been there everytime we had a question about transport, area, and more!!
