Accommodates up to 6 guests, Solymar is in a fantastic location for you to take full advantage of all the Costa del Sol has to offer from beaches to mountains, golf, tennis, kite-surfing, shopping and entertainment. The apartment has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms both furnished with single beds, bedside tables, desk with chair and built in wardrobes. The main bedroom has fantastic sea views and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a well appointed bathroom adjacent. There is a fully equipped kitchen complete with modern units & Spanish granite worktops, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, microwave and ceramic hobb. A large arch from the kitchen opens to the lounge area with great views of the terrace and sea beyond. For comfort the lounge is air-conditioned with a leather sofas and two sofa beds (one is a double), modern oak furniture, flat screen TV, DVD player & WIFI. A glass dining table with seating for 6 allows you to dine inside on cooler evenings. Push back the sliding patio doors to the large patio with sun awning and terrace beyond, there you can relax on a lounger, dine alfresco at the 6 seater outdoor table or rest on the patio sofas with a chilled drink. A short flight of steps lead down from the terrace to the garden and from there you can access the gardens, outdoor pool & sandy beach beyond. Playa Real is a secure complex with a resident gate access to the beach. If mobility is an issue, there are short flights of steps to access both the apartment and beach. A short walk along the beach brings you to one of several Chiringuitos where you can enjoy a drink or a lovely Spanish meal. Further along walking east brings you to Cabopino with a delightful marina, several restaurants and ‘Andy’s bar’ on the beach. Walk west and you can make your way all the way to Marbella town along the new passio, with many places to stop on the way for refreshments. Playa Real boasts a large outdoor pool with sun loungers and a bar in the summer. Well kept tranquil gardens separate the complex from the beach, just stroll through the beach gate to enjoy one of the finest sandy beaches in Marbella. Looking for more than a beach and pool? With easy access to the A-7 all the sights and amenities of the Costa del Sol are within reach or you can venture inland to visit to historical towns of Rhonda or Seville. No car? No problem, you can still explore the area, the buses into Marbella and Fuengirola are reliable, inexpensive and frequent or take a taxi along the coast. Pass under the iconic Marbella Andalucia arch then onto the real Marbella, no visit is incomplete without wandering around Marbella old town where you get a feel of the traditional Spain, enjoy flamenco dancing or eating in one of the many restaurants. Adres was onduidelijk (gemeld is nr. 1) moet zijn 1b want er is ook 1a en 1c. (Vervelend als je aankomt in het donker en niet weet waar je de sleutel in moet steken). Prima wekelijkse housekeeping. Wir haben einen traumhaften und erholsamen Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung genossen. Sie war sehr sauber, großzügig geschnitten und fußläufig zum Strand gelegen. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche übrig. Auf der großen Terrasse genossen wir oft den Meerblick. Der wunderschöne Artola Dünenstrand ist mit dem Auto in weniger als zehn Minuten zu erreichen. Nach Marbella ist es auch nicht weit. Die kontaktlose Schlüsselübergabe empfanden wir sehr angenehm. Der Vermieter war immer erreichbar. ##### Anja V. Stephen is excellent with correspondence replying to our questions promptly. He even assisted in arranging transportation from the Malaga bus station to and from the apartment. The spacious and well-equipped apartment is in an excellent location. The beds are comfortable. The living room and large patio have perfect views of the ocean. The only thing between the apartment and the beach is the lawn. Depending on the tide you can take long walks on the beach. I recommend having a car to explore the area as there are many interesting mountain villages to visit. There is a restaurant next door serving excellent food and they’re several other restaurants a short walk along the beach. A small well stocked grocery store is a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Larger markets and other shopping are not far away. The larger community of Marbella is short. 15-minute drive away. ##### Scituate 3. The kitchen was well equipped, the bathrooms were clean, and the furniture was well maintained and comfortable. The location is perfect right in front of the beach and there’s plenty of restaurants along the beach to choose from. The pool and surrounding areas are kept in a good condition though we didn’t make use of them and instead opted for the beach. Parking was easy right outside the block of apartments. Best feature is the sea view from the massive terrace. The terrace door is quite stiff and difficult to open and close, which I mentioned to the host. You can go from the terrace to the sea in 1 minute. With a huge terrace, bedrooms and living room with large areas, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning and wi-fi, you have everything for a well spent vacation. A little far from the center of Marbella, but... everything else is excellent. I will try to come back to this house if I ever come back to Marbella. ##### Miguel V. Sie liegt auch an kühleren Wintertagen sehr windgeschützt. Die Wohnung ist auch für 4 Erwachsene gut ausgestattet. Leider hatten wir einen Heizungsdefekt in 2 Räumen. Stephen hat aber wirklich schnell einen Handwerker organisiert und danach hat alles bestens funktioniert. Wir hoffen, eines Tages wiederzukommen. ##### Julia H. Bis auf einige Gegenstände war sie auch sauber. Sie ist trotz Beschreibung bei Dunkelheit schwer zu finden, die übernahme und Abgabe der Schlüssel aus einer Box ist katastrophal, da sich die Tasten der Box nur schwer drücken lassen, alles verklemmt und wackelig ist. Das Schloss der Wohnungstür ist kaputt und lässt sich immer nur schwer öffnen, manchmal erst nach 20 Versuchen. ##### Beate K.
