The apartment is surrounded by all the services offered by the city such as restaurants and shops. The apartment is located 5 minute walk to the marina and less than 15 minutes walking to the Old Town. This amazing apartment is located on the first floor of the Larycorte building, a quiet and emblematic building in Marbella, located on the first line and with direct access to the promenade and the beach. \~ Inside The apartment features a spacious and bright living room with direct access to the terrace and amazing views to the sea and the promenade of Marbella. In the living room there are three separate areas: the lounge area where the sofa, TV and fireplace are located; the dining area; and a fully equipped kitchen. The bright master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two individual beds and a separate bathroom with double rain shower. The kitchen with Bosh equipment has oven, microwave, movable ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, Nescafé coffee machine and all the necessary kitchen utensils. \~ Terrace The apartment has a large south facing terrace with frontal views to the sea and the promenade of Marbella. The terrace has a dining area.
