The apartment:  
Looking for the ultimate getaway? Look no further than this slice of paradise nestled amidst stunning mountain views. Offering inviting amenities and convenient location, it's the ideal place to unwind, recharge, and make unforgettable memories.   
  
Step inside and be greeted by the airy open-plan layout, where the living space seamlessly connects to the dining area which seats up to six, and glass doors that provide an indoor outdoor living experience. This space is perfect for bonding on the plush sofas while watching your favorite movie.   
  
The fully equipped, modern kitchen allows you to easily whip up your best meals. If you wish to enjoy them under the golden sun or starry night sky, an al fresco dining area is also set up for you at one of the two terraces.   
  
This newly refurbished complex offers two spacious bedrooms situated on the upper level. One bedroom features a double bed and an ensuite bathroom, while the other bedroom features two single beds and an ensuite bathroom as well. Both bedrooms provide plenty of space and comfort, ensuring that your stay is as relaxing as the panoramic views outside your windows.   
  
Speaking of two terraces, one of them has sunbeds and outdoor loungers set up for you to enjoy basking in the sun while reading your book of choice or sipping a refreshing cocktail or a cup of coffee at any time of the day.   
  
Another highlight feature of this amazing complex is the many pools it provides. Whether you fancy a leisurely swim or simply want to cool off, there's a pool for every mood, including the indoor heated pool for those cooler evenings. Also in the great outdoors, the beautifully decorated gardens offer the perfect backdrop for a tranquil afternoon.   
  
On top of all that, the 2-minute walk to the bars, restaurants, and supermarket make dining out or stocking up on vacation essentials a breeze.   
  
The neighborhood   
  
Neighboring the Banús resort, Nueva Andalucia stretches inland from the sea, over undulating terrain that is dotted with lakes, backdropped by the imposing La Concha mountain peak and fringed by celebrated golf courses.   
  
Nueva Andalucía has all the ingredients that comprise most people's idea of a “dream life” in Spain: Mediterranean views; a healthy outdoor lifestyle; an easy transition into the Spanish way of life, without having to relinquish the comforts of home; and a tranquil atmosphere that is ideal for family. You are located just next to Aloha Gardens which has a vast variety of top restaurants from all over the world, as well as popular bars like Mosh just a few footsteps from the apartment.   
  
Shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, hairdressers, gymnasiums, casinos, gift shops; you name it, Nueva Andalucia has it. As well as the wonderful Saturday morning market that starts in the Centro Plaza and sprawls down into Puerto Banus itself.

Other Details to Note:  
• PetsAs much as we love pets, we need to know what type of pet you are planning to travel with before we can accept your wishes. Please just ask us in the chat and we will answer immediately.   
  
• No PartiesYou are of course allowed to play music during the day and evenings but it should be on a level that do not disturbs any of the neighbors. From 10PM it shall be very quiet out of respect for your neighbors who live in Marbella full time   
 work during the mornings. If you are planning to party, please let us know so you can instead be recommended some 'party friendly' properties. There is also zero tolerance for using drugs in the property.   
  
• AC/HeaterTurn off the AC while you are not at home and when you are checking out please. Keep all windows closed when you use the system for the best effect.   
  
• Security depositPlease respect community rules and leave the property in similar condition as when you arrived except from cleaning. We want to return the deposit and if you respect the rules there will be no problems. Failure to respect the community (Party, loud music etc) will result in you loosing the security deposit or in the worst case scenario that you need to leave the property earlier than expected so please respect that.   
  
• Check in is possible between 4.00-9.00 PM.Later arrival is also possible for a charge of 40 Euros (In between 9.00 PM - 5.00 AM).   
  
• Check-out is at latest 11AM.   
  
• You will get a booklet before your arrival with information of extra services: Airport transfer, car rental, daily cleaning, baby equipment, private chef, grocery stocking and also a guide with recommendations that we have gathered through out the years in Marbella.
