This elegant property features 3 bedrooms, a spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen, and a charming private garden with an outdoor seating area and sun loungers — ideal for relaxing in the Mediterranean sunshine. On the ground floor, you’ll find a bedroom with two joined single beds (90x190 cm) and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is also a guest toilet in the living area. Two steps lead down to a bright and airy living-dining room with a fully equipped integrated kitchen. This space opens onto the private garden, which offers a covered porch with a seating area and a lawn with two sun loungers for private sunbathing. Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and walk-in shower. One bedroom has a double bed (150x200 cm), and the other has a smaller double bed (135x190 cm), ensuring both comfort and privacy.
