The apartment is located in the Skol Building, located on the beachfront and less than 10 minutes walk from the Old Town. This modern air-conditioned apartment features a living room, two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower. The apartment has two terraces: one of them is a solarium terrace with sun loungers; and the other terrace features a dining area and gas BBQ. \~ Inside The apartment has large windows with sea views in all the rooms, which makes the apartment very bright and with views to the sea from any point of the apartment. The living room features two separate areas. One area with dining table, sofa and TV; and the other area completely separated to the other by a furniture with the others two beds. The bright master bedroom has a large window with sea views and direct access to the terrace. The kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, vitroceramic hob, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, Nescafe machine and all kitchen utensils needed. \~ Terrace The apartment has two terraces: one of them is a solarium terrace with sun loungers; and the other terrace features a dining area and gas BBQ.
