Bonito apartamento céntrico y en primera línea de playa, muy cerca del Palacio de Congresos. Tranquilo y con todos los servicios cerca, al lado del puerto deportivo, paseo marítimo, parque infantil, zonas de compras, supermercados, restaurantes, chiringuitos y locales de música. Ideal para ir caminando al casco antiguo. La ubicación es privilegiada, en primera línea de playa y orientada totalmente al sur. No necesita aire acondicionado y en invierno dispone de calefacción central. El apartamento cuenta con wifi privado de alta velocidad. Dispone de todos los servicios y aparcamiento comunitario. La piscina está disponible en verano, del 15 de junio al 15 de septiembre, con socorrista. Se recomienda consultar antes de la llegada, ya que puede haber cambios.
