Lovely stay
Good sized apartment with large outside area. Well equipped accommodation in good location. Everything needed was provided. We had a very enjoyable stay in Caron apartment, set in beautiful surroundings in a well maintained and manicured complex. 20 minutes walk in several directions takes you to a large variety of eating and drinking options. The pool was fantastic, spacious and inviting, lifeguards always in attendance, plenty of room and sunbeds for everyone. Our arrival was trouble free and went exactly as planned. Easy to find and with good directions provided, everything went smoothly. We would highly recommend this accommodation.

Very relaxing holiday
We’ve just returned from our 2nd stay at la dame de noche. The development is lovely with well maintained gardens and the added bonus of the bellini bar where you can get drinks, snacks, ice creams and full meals. The swimming pool is fantastic, we could get sunbeds easily at anytime of day and it has a lovely relaxing feel to it. We hired a car and although it’s not essential, I would recommend. We were able to get taxis from outside the apartment fairly easily, but in high season it is extremely busy. The apartment itself has a lovely outdoor space, is close to the pool and is comfortable albeit fairly basic. Communication with the host Caron is brilliant, you get fast responses and she is very helpful. Check in and check out is very easy and the complex feels very safe. La dame de noche is a lovely base for a relaxing holiday, there are hundreds of restaurants within a 5 minute cab ride (20 minute walk) and if you want a quieter night away from the busyness of the port I’d recommend trying the area of Aloha gardens and also Shango’s. Stay with friends
We had a fabulous stay in Carons apartment. It was clean and well equipped with more than enough room for 6 ladies. The terrace was lovely for breakfast in the morning sunshine and pre dinner drinks. The grounds and pool areas were beautiful. Caron answered any queries quickly and efficiently. We easily walked into Puerto Banus and also took a short taxi ride to Marbella old town. We would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a stay in this area. Thank you Caron

A good property in a lovely location
During my stay (March to May 2023) Caron was quick in replying to any issues or problems I had, which was impressive. The apartment is well equipped and maintained and has all you need. The oven took some getting used to, but was fine. It’s possibly a little cosy with six people there, but not overly so. The patio area is east facing, so only gets the sun in the morning. You can therefore get shade there in the afternoon. I didn’t use the air conditioning at all during my stay. The complex itself is well maintained and generally pleasant. There are two swimming pools, but I didn’t get much use of them, as only one partially opened from mid-May (not an issue if you go in the summer). If you like golf, there are course aplenty around. It’s 20 minutes into town, San Pedro is an hour’s walk (quieter than Marbella, a longer walk) and both are worth visiting (the buses are very cheap if you just want to walk one way). For more serious walkers who want to get away for a bit, turn right out of the complex, then right at Ahola golf club (past the bins) and then straight up the hills. There’s a lake with a dam and wonderful views. La Concha (mountain range) is also worth climbing. The only negatives were noisy neighbours in the apartment above and dog mess not being picked up around the complex. Neither of these were Caron’s fault and she did all she could to help and reported the incidents for action. Overall I would recommend the apartment, complex and area.

Sack the cleaner
Pro's: Communication with the owner was great, Instruction for entry to the property were also excellent. Con's: This had to be the dirtiest apartment/hotel I have ever stayed in. There were crumbs on the kitchen and dinning room chairs. There was dust, and crumbs on the floor meaning we needed to sweep and then hover as the broom was so filthy itself. The kettle had discoloured water and limescale meaning we had to buy descaler before we could even use the kettle. The pillow had a stain on it, there was black mould on both shower curtains and the tea towel. Probably the worst finding in this post Covid world was a used and discarded face mask in one of the bedside table. I had read on the reviews that the apartment is 15 minutes to the port. The fact is it took 10 minutes to walk out the entrance and then get to the end of the urbanization perimeter, it was then another 20 minutes to the port. A total walk of 30 minutes each way. Granted we were not walking fast but in 35 degree heat who would! There was nothing around the complex at all other than walk to the port or stay at the onsite bar/restaurant. where by the way we got charged 9 euros for a portion of chips!! I have also taken photo's to evidence all of the above.

Hi Peter Thanks for the review and the positive comments regarding communication with me and the instructions for entry which I provided. I am surprised that after we had such positive and proactive communication about matters such as the safe code you did not raise the other issues at the time as I would have responded equally promptly to rectify those issues within my control as well as giving you information about local amenities other than the port. Please could you send me the photographic evidence regarding the cleanliness of the apartment such that I can take appropriate action. According to Google maps the apartment is 1.6km and a 20 minute walk to the port, we must walk more speedily as it usually takes us 15 minutes. When you walked to the port did you go around the perimeter of the complex rather than cut through the complex via the tropical gardens past 1 of the 2 swimming pools, behind the padel tennis and basketball courts, in front of the onsite bar and restaurant that is next to the fountains and past the children's play area? In terms of the price at Bellinis I have checked the menu and I think there may have been a mistake with the bill but it would be best, if you have an issue with their prices, that you record that on their review site. As a general rule Puerto Banus and the surrounding areas are a little pricier due to the level of demand by holidaymakers. Thanks once again for your review. Caron

I have now stayed at this property 5 times with friends for a Golf holiday.
Great location for golf courses and only short walk for Puerto Banus. If taxi required to friendly entrance security are more than happy to arrange. Apartment is very spacious with enough room for 5/6 adults, very clean, spacious outdoor patio area, large comuni pool. Will be booking for next year

Fantastic spacious apartment in brilliant location
We just returned from ten days at Caron's apartment. It is so spacious and well kitted out. Caron was extremely obliging and approachable she often replied to my messages straightaway and really put my mind at ease. Everything about the location was perfect. Walking distance to beach and port. Driving distance to everything we could want during our holiday. We will be returning for sure!!! Thank you Caron.

Fabulous holiday
Firstly id like to say that communication with the property owner is fantastic, we booked this property for a holiday in 2020, but due to covid we have had to move our dates twice. Caron has always been super helpful and responds to any questions very quickly. The apartment is situated in a beautiful, well kept development. The grounds are well maintained and the two pool areas are beautiful. We didn’t have any problems getting sun beds and the pool area is very relaxing and spacious. The apartment is very close to the pool and restaurant area, bellini bar is a great place to grab a snack or a cocktail, we also ate dinner there a couple of times and chatted to the locals. The apartment itself is a fabulous base, we felt very comfortable and content. There’s plenty of wardrobe space and bundles of hangers, the patio area is lovely and the kitchen has everything you need. We had a wonderful two week stay and have already booked for next year. Puerto Banus has everything you could ask for, the stroll to the port is about 10 minutes, and there are bundles of restaurants and bars. We also used uber to get taxis to restaurants away from the port area, one in particular ‘Shango’s’ was absolutely lovely, I would highly recommend a visit. Shopping is also amazing, el corte ingles is well worth a visit, it also houses a very big supermarket and a Starbucks. The air conditioning in the apartment is lovely, although i did wake up most nights to turn it back on as the setting only allows you to have air con on for two hours. We also had 2 nights where the apartment above were very loud, on our last night they played loud music and were dancing at 4.30 am. This wasn’t ideal, but hasn’t put us off from returning. We hired a car, which was great to get shopping from the close by mercadona and to visit nearby places. We absolutely loved staying at la dama de noche and can’t wait to return next year. Thank you Caron for all your help and assistance and for letting us use your lovely apartment.

Hi Claire Thanks so much for your kind review. I have raised the issue of noise with the administrators of the complex to take action regarding the neighbours in the apartment above as the complex rules require quiet after midnight. In addition we have some work planned to fit sound insulation in the ceilings in the bedrooms and the walls adjacent to the neighbours on the same floor as the walls are so thin in Spain! This is planned for January and June (which are the 2 months the apartment is not booked so far) and is before your next booking! Thanks again for your feedback Caron

Home Away from Home
First time in Marbella and I looked around at various apartments to meet my needs. This place was perfect for myself and my son. It's a nice gated community and was very peaceful. The place was spacious, clean, with access to 2 pools and a restaurant on site and also fully furnished apartment. Local amenities were close by within walking distance including Puerto Banus which was about 10-15mins walk to the beach/main strip. Theres lots of parking space for cars. We had a hire car so this was useful. Especially when unloading luggage and shopping. The apartment manager was great and extremely accommodating for my needs and cleared up any queries I had. I would definitely recommend staying here to my friends and I would gladly stay here again. I

Excellent apartment, great location for Marbella stay
The property is in great shape and very well equipped, located within a high end gated condominium that is well. maintained. The overall location is very pleasant and convenient, and we highly recommend whether for short/holiday or medium length stay! Also to highlight the easy communication with the owner and the property manager - they were extremely responsive and adaptive to our specific requirements.

Great place to stay and explore
This is a fantastic property for a long or short stay. We had booked for a five week winter break in March as we like to play golf and explore all the local towns but unfortunately our visit was cut short by 2 weeks due to the coronavirus and subsequent lockdown of the area, however we did manage to get two good weeks before that happened. The apartment is very spacious and having two full bathrooms is ideal even for two of us. The outside space is huge and it's a pity we didn't get to make the most of it. Our check was easy and Christine the agent made sure we had everything we needed especially when we had to evacuate early due to cancellation of flights. The area is lovely and clean everywhere on the complex and the gardens are well maintained. We discovered it's mile to walk around the whole complex which is great for walking or hugging. The swimming pool area looked nice and spacious but was closed for the season which is understandable. The area of Puerto Banus is lovely with plenty bars and restaurants, we never had a bad meal in any of them. There is a good selection of supermarkets nearby and an easy walk to pop out for a few items. We joined a golf club in Estepona for our stay and also a local gym in San Pedro as we like to live as at home and also practice Spanish language. Bith were excellent for facilities and service. All in all we had a really good time which as cut short by this disaster but we wouldn't hesitate to come back again in better circumstances.

Excellent family apartment in superb location
From the point of booking this apartment, we had a great experience. The rental company contacted us a week before travel to support with completing the tourist forms and very clear instructions on how to get to the apartment from the airport and how to get into the apartment. Once we were there, we found a clean, spacious, comfortable apartment with a great outdoor space for our 4 year old along with parents and grand parents. The swimming pool on the complex was a good size and never too busy and with Puerto Banus and the beach so close, we had everything we needed

Group of 6 young girls - we really enjoyed our stay at La Dama De Noche. Lovely apartment (photos do not do it justice!), perfect size with everything you should need. The pool was beautiful & we always got a sun bed. Great location, 5 minute taxi into the buzzy Harbour of Puerto Banus. Christine (agent) was extremely helpful and responsive with any queries we had. Would definitely return!

Size of the appartment was ideal. 2 bathrooms and loads of exterior space
Very good location to get to Peurto Banus. Well maintained complex with security at main gate who where happy to order cabs for us which only took 5 mins to arrive. We were 4 adult males on golfing trip (15yrs running) and feel this is by far the best located we have found yet. Furthermore the appartment was well maintained, plenty of space and had all ammenities to cater for our trip. Large garden patio area, two bathrooms. The only recomendation i would suggest is the twin rooms beds should be slightly bigger if possible. Excellent Holiday and will be booking this appartment for next year.

Lovely, lovely holiday.
The apartment was just what we wanted, three good sized bedrooms. We are 6 adults, so we had plenty of room, the patio area was lovely, and we were all very impressed with the size of the swimming pool, and the fact that it was so quiet . The kids (21,21,19 and 17) were a little disappointed they couldn't use there inflatables in the pool. And that we were not allowed to use the BBQ. But everything was fantastic, the shops within an easy walk... it was lovely!

Great apartment!
Six of us stayed in dama de noche and could not fault the apartment or location! The pictures really do not do it justice, it’s very spacious and has everything you need. There are two large pools which are great however; they do not open until 11 and the sunbeds are very uncomfy. There is a great bar as well which serves food and is very reasonably priced. Puerto Banús is about a twenty minute walk away and is absolutely beautiful. We had a great stay and would definitely return again!

Great place great location!!
A group of six girls visited! Lovely apartment with plenty of room for everyone. Everything you could possibly need is in this apartment. Lovely surrounding grounds and two great swimming pools. 15 minutes walk to the beach and a short walk into Puerto Banus harbour where there are lots of beautiful bars and restaurants. Property was superb - on patio and inside there was nothing missing
We loved the fact that we had privacy but at the same time it was a 15 minute walk to Puerto Banus and also a bus ride from Marbella and SAN Pedro. We like walking so got a bus to both and walked back - took is a couple of hours walk along sea front and enjoyed sardines on way back from Marbella and lovely tapas in centre of San Pedro. We had a fabulous meal in Puerto Banus harbour - Food perfect - drinks a little expensive but we had a fabulous position and that’s sometimes what you pay for. Enjoyed local food shopping and coked at the apartment sometimes too. We loved breakfast or brunch on the patio - would recommend. Best wishes

Great apartment in a fab location!
We loved the apartment (5 girls) The apartment itself is much better than the pictures suggest. We were very happy with it when we arrived. It has all the facilities you could need ... the dishwasher was particularly handy ... who wants to wash dishes on holiday! Another bonus was how cool the apartment was. After being out all day in the heat coming back to a cool apartment was great and at night the air con made a real difference. The pool was only a stones throw from the apartment which was ideal. The pool was lovely and in a very relaxing setting. The only downsides were the sunloungers were really uncomfy and the pool doesnt open until 11am. When you are a sun lover you like to be out by the pool at 9am reading your book. Great location for the apartment. There is a supermarket on the corner about 5 minutes walk with everything you could need and its about a 15 minute walk to the beach/Puerto Banus harbour. Both are lovely. We all agreed we would stay here again. The only thing that affected this particular stay was the painters. All the apartments in the block were having the outsides painted. So from 730am everyday the cherry picker woke us up and when sat outside having breakfast / lunch we had painters to the left, right and above us. It wasnt very private. Also on the last day we couldnt use the outside area atall. The painters were in at 8am with all the seating moved and everything sheeted up. So fingers crossed if we used it again that all outside painting has been done for a few years. If it wasnt for the painters it would of been 5* rating.

Perfect.
We arrived at La Dama De Noche late, it was easy to get to using the directions provided. The apartment was lovely, plenty of space for the 5 of us, nice and clean with a really nice patio area to sit out on. Very pleased with the whole place, no complaints! Would stay again!

Modern and clean apartment
A fantastic apartment in a fantastic location. The apartment is not short on appliances and is a perfect size. We took advantage of the large terrace area which is perfect for relaxing or eating as a group.

Fabulous property with everything you need.
The apartment has an amazing outside area that is well decked out. It was lovely to sit there and relax over breakfast or just in the evening before going out. It is very spacious with loads of room for us. Derek and Christine were extremely helpful in organising our stay. Our flight was in really late and they were very accommodating. I would recommend staying here.

Hemos estado de vacaciones una semana en la casa de la Dama de Noche y ha sido una estancia maravillosa. La casa está muy bien equipada y no le falta detalle, tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar. La urbanización es grande y bonita con dos piscinas grandes y hamacas y sombrillas. Urbanización segura y muy tranquila y a 10-15 minutos andando de Puerto Banús. Muy recomendable.

Vacances sur la Costa del Sol
Appartement spacieux et bien équipé. Ce serait bien de prévoir de la documentation comme un plan de la ville, les horaires des marchés , les activités... Joli jardin subtropical avec bougainvilliers, hibiscus et palmiers... Piscine superbe et surveillée. Très bon séjour, hôte réactif et accueillant. Restaurant Bellini tres bien. Plage à 15min à pied. Jolie ville de Puerto Bañus. Nous avons pu tester le jet ski, la location de velos pour aller jusqu'à Marbella et la navette bateau...

Good location close to city
Me and my family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers, had a lovely time in the apartment. Located close too Pool area, Padel tennis and a quick walk into Puerto Banus. Good parking and supermarket in close range. If we had to visit Puerto Banus again we would book this apartment.

Lovely vacation
Altogether we lived in this appartement for 3 months. We were completely happy and felt very much at home. Puerto banus is a lively luxury part of Marbella. The appartement blocks are situated around a beautiful garden. The weather was fine apart from the last two weeks of January, which were unusual cold. Caron is a very attentive host and her local agent is also very helpful. We surely recommend this appartement and hope to be back at the end of the year.

Appartement zoals beschreven op de website. Ruim genoeg en goed onderhouden. Caron is een eigenaar die goed voor haar gasten zorgt. Ieder probleempje wordt door haar direct opgelost. Uitrusting van het appartement is goed: veel handdoeken en goede elektrische equipment.

Excellent Apartment
Excellent apartment close to Puerto Banus, at a distance of 15 minutes on foot, or 5m by car. The house is excellent, equipped with everything you need to have a good vacation. A beautiful terrace to relax in after a day at the beach, or a night out in Puerto Banus. Quiet location, no noise, with security and two excellent pools. There is more than enough space to park the car. Special thanks to Simon, who resolved a small problem on our arrival in 15 minutes. If I go on vacation in this area again, I will try to come back to this apartment. Thank you for everything.

Schöne Wohnung in einer sehr schönen Anlage
Der Check In verlief absolut problemlos und wir haben die Wohnung in einem ordentlichen und sauberen Zustand vorgefunden. Die komplette Anlage wird 24 Stunden überwacht. Überall sind Überwachungskameras. Man fühlt sich sicher. Parken ist direkt vor der Terrasse immer möglich gewesen. Im Schatten. Von der Terrasse aus ist man in 1 Minute am Auto und in 2 Minuten am Gemeinschaftspool. Der Pool ist sehr groß, von Wiese umgeben und es stehen immer Liegen zur Verfügung. Wir empfanden den Pool als sehr sauber. In der Wohnung selbst würden wir folgende Dinge verbessern um den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer zu machen. Die zahlreichen Pfannen in der Küche müssten eigentlich alle weggeworfen werden. Die Beschichtung löst sich überall und ist somit gesundheitlich bedenklich. Eine Kaffeemaschine ist nicht vorhanden. Sonst ist die Küche aber top ausgestattet. Das Bett im Hauptschlafzimmer quietscht sehr stark und die Matratze war für unser Empfinden unbequem. An vielen Tagen hätten wir uns Nachts mehr Rücksicht von den Nachbarn in der Wohnung über uns gewünscht. Die Gebäude sind sehr hellhörig. In Spanien keine Seltenheit. Rücksichtsvolles Verhalten für eine ruhige Nacht somit sehr wichtig. Manchen Leuten scheint es aber vollkommen egal zu sein. Leider. Die Verkehrslage zu den meisten Tageszeiten im Juli, rund um Puero Banus, würden wir als grenzwertig bezeichnen. Sehr viel Verkehr. Sowohl auf der Stadtautobahn in beide Richtungen als auch in Puerto Banus selbst. Zu Fuß ist definitiv die bessere Variante. Man ist in 15 Minuten am Corte Inglés und in 20 Minuten am Strand. Rund um Puerto Banus (im Umkreis von 5 km) ist wirklich in allen Preisklassen, Gastronomie vorhanden. Von sehr preiswerten, klassischen spanischen Mittagsmenüs bis hin zu sehr teuren a la cart Essen zu jeder Tageszeit. Zum Einkaufen gibt es ein Mercadona ganz in der Nähe. Mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten zu Erreichen. Wir haben uns in dem Apartment und Wohnanlage, trotz der erwähnten Kritikpunkte sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt für uns alle.

Hi Benny I can only apologise about the cleaning, I have raised this with the rental management company and they also apologise and advise that the clean was executed 10 days before the arrival. In normal circumstances they would return to clean the terrace and touch up inside but unfortunately on this occasion did not. In terms of the pool there are 2 pools at the complex one on either side of the restaurant and padel tennis courts and between 15 May and 31 May and during September only 1 pool is opened as the demand is not high enough to justify both pools being open.
