The apartment is located in the Skol Building, located on the beachfront and less than 10 minutes walk from the Old Town. This modern air-conditioned apartment features a living room, two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower. The apartment has a south orientation terrace with sea views and dining area. \~ Inside The apartment has large windows with sea views in the living room, which makes the apartment very bright and with amazing front sea views. The two bedrooms of the apartment have views to the mountain of Marbella and ceiling fans. The kitchen is equipped with microwave, ceramic hob, refrigerator, freezer, Nescafe machine and all kitchen utensils needed. \~ Terrace The apartment has a south facing terrace with front sea views. From the terrace you can also see the swimming pools and garden areas of the complex, as well as the beach and the promenade.
