The property has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom inside the main bedroom and another full bathroom for the other two bedrooms. It has a living-dining room with a fully equipped American kitchen with the utensils you need to prepare your favorite recipes and a south-facing terrace, with direct views of the sea to enjoy the perfect climate of the city with your best company. In 18 minutes by car, you will arrive at the historic city center where you can enjoy the beautiful facades of the area, visit the Alcazaba and the iconic city walls, also enjoy the mythical walk along the sea avenue where you can discover an open-air museum featuring 10 beautiful works by artist Salvador Dalí while deciding which terrace you'll sit at for a drink, or explore the city's beautiful green lung, Alameda Park, enjoy a typical Marbella night among other incredible plans the city has for you. You will have within your reach and just a few steps away precious beaches, delicious restaurants and a variety of leisure options, however, Marbella has a bus network that allows you to be connected to different points of the city and surrounding areas.
