Screened area and grill area was nice with the large fans that’s on the property. Grandkids came down on Monday to spend the day and they enjoyed the kayak. If you want a place to relax and grill, just hangout. This is it! Fishing was ok. Time of year isn’t the best for fishing. Caught catfish mainly off dock. Son was entertained enough with that and the kayak. Very clean. The camp was more than we could have hoped for. The backyard was so enjoyable. We fished a lot and the family just loved being by the water. My son really enjoyed the kayak that was on the property, he was always on the water. The camp was very spacious and clean. Kitchen was fully stocked. Didn’t catch any fish unfortunately but the water was very choppy around the area. It’s such a beautiful and amazing view as well. Quiet area. No traffic. Neighbors are real quiet. Many boats that passed were extremely friendly as well. You’re also close to Many and 30-40ish minutes away from Leesville. If you go across the Texas line there are 3-4 great places to eat plus beautiful scenery.
