The property location is right in the center of old town. You can walk to any part of the city in 15-20 mins. The staff were great and went above and beyond. The building is really cool, being so old and historical. The local Il Duomo is a short 5 min walk and Can be seen from most of the rooms in the hotel.

I enjoyed my stay with my family (3 kids). The only difficulty was parking, as there are only 2 spaces on site, so I had to park in a public parking 5 minutes away on foot.

La stanza in se era bella e curata, ma sporca: i sanitari avevano macchie di usura e peli in giro ma trascurabili se fai una sola notte. Il problema peggiore sono stati gli infissi: ogni volta che veniva aperta una porta in corridoio il vuoto d'aria faceva sbattere la porta della nostra camera (n. 176) e inoltre veramente troppo poco isolata dalle altre camere: sembrava di stare in camera con altre persone da quanto sentivamo chiaramente le altre stanze. Soggiorno terribile, sconsiglio e sicuramente mai ci torneremo

Tolles Zimmer mitten in der Altstadt von Mantua. Alles sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück ist im anderen Gebäude, circa eine Minute entfernt, und bietet eine tolle Auswahl mit frischen Kaffeespezialitäten.

Molto gentili. All'arrivo abbiamo ottenuto un upgrading con spostamento della camera prenotata, dalla Residenza Accademia all'Hotel dei Gonzaga, ove ci hanno assegnato una camera con splendida vista su Piazza Sordello. La posizione dell'Hotel è fantastica, in pieno centro storico.

今回は、レジデェンツァ アカデミア は改築中で裏側の他のレジデェンツァに泊まりました。受付も同一経営の近くのホテルが行なっており、手間取りました。それ以外は良かったです。

Great place to stay in Mantova!

Everything was great - right on Duomo Square, close to most of the sights, easy access to food, great free breakfast, accommodating staff, comfortable room...except the hard bed.

Molto bene

È un distaccamento dell'hotel Gonzaga e infatti reception e ristorante sono solo all'hotel Gonzaga. Ma la cosa non è un problema, ti accompagnano loro alla Residenza che è vicinissima. Personale gentile e posizione strategica, in pieno centro.

Excellent location, good hotel, nice room, but unfortunately the screeching of chairs and furniture in the room upstairs prevented me from properly sleeping three nights out of four. I ended up sleeping next to the bathroom on my last night... The screeching could be prevented by carpeting the rooms.

Valutato positivamente il soggiorno presso l’hotel Dei Gonzaga, che mi è stato offerto come upgrade, per la posizione centralissima, la grandezza della stanza, il confort del letto e la gentilezza del personale anche se un paio di cose non erano all’altezza dell’albergo (cestino bagno pieno e asciugamano non lindo). Comunque lo consiglio.

Viaggio con disavventura successivamente rimediata

La sera dell'arrivo mi avevano assegnato una camera situata in un sottotetto e nella stanza alle travi in legno del tetto era stata data la vernice qualche giorno prima mentre in quella adiacente ancora c'erano dei lavori in corso. Praticamente dormire in quella stanza significava prendersi una intossicazione. Il portiere di notte conveniva con me che in quella stanza non era possibile passare la notte a causa dell'odore forte di vernice fresca. La stessa notte mi assegnava una camera , credo la migliore dell'hotel. La mattina il portiere in servizio restituendomi i documenti mi comunicava che per la camera assegnata dovevo pagare una differenza di 20,00 euro a notte in più rispetto a quello che avevo già versato alla prenotazione. Non ho voluto fare questioni e ho pagato. Il comportamento è stato poco corretto. Comunque per il resto tutto soddisfacente, il personale, la pulizia, la colazione e la posizione invidiabile dell'hotel centralissimo nella Piazza Gonzaga di Mantova che è una meraviglia.

Residenza carina in pieno centro

Posizione in pieno centro. Personale attento, discreto e disponibile. Per un problema motorio insorto hanno autonomamente provveduto a cambiare la camera in tempi brevissimi, dandocene una nella Residenza Tazzoli, al piano terra. Una bottiglietta d'acqua in omaggio per ospite nel frigo bar. Omaggio carino al check out. Buona colazione a buffet presso il vicino hotel dei Gonzaga (anche il check in/out). Possibilità di parcheggio a costo ridotto in ZTL. Sicuramente da riutilizzare.
