Praticamente dormire in quella stanza significava prendersi una intossicazione. Il portiere di notte conveniva con me che in quella stanza non era possibile passare la notte a causa dell'odore forte di vernice fresca. La stessa notte mi assegnava una camera , credo la migliore dell'hotel. La mattina il portiere in servizio restituendomi i documenti mi comunicava che per la camera assegnata dovevo pagare una differenza di 20,00 euro a notte in più rispetto a quello che avevo già versato alla prenotazione. Non ho voluto fare questioni e ho pagato. Il comportamento è stato poco corretto. Comunque per il resto tutto soddisfacente, il personale, la pulizia, la colazione e la posizione invidiabile dell'hotel centralissimo nella Piazza Gonzaga di Mantova che è una meraviglia. ##### CROIFISSO Stayed 3 nights in Jun 2018 ### 8/10 Good #### Luca, Torino Jun 17, 2018 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### Residenza carina in pieno centro Posizione in pieno centro. Personale attento, discreto e disponibile. Per un problema motorio insorto hanno autonomamente provveduto a cambiare la camera in tempi brevissimi, dandocene una nella Residenza Tazzoli, al piano terra. Una bottiglietta d'acqua in omaggio per ospite nel frigo bar. Omaggio carino al check out. Buona colazione a buffet presso il vicino hotel dei Gonzaga (anche il check in/out). Possibilità di parcheggio a costo ridotto in ZTL. Sicuramente da riutilizzare. ##### Luca Stayed 2 nights in Jun 2018 ### 8/10 Good #### John, Richmond Jun 9, 2018 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities The residence was delightfully central and it was a joy to go straight out into the main square. It was difficult to find and going to Via Accademia 20 was not helpful. As reception and the breakfast room is shared with Hotel Gonzaga it is ridiculous not to be sent there in the first place. Fortunately we had an Italian driver who eventually sorted it out. We were on the third floor. The room had character and lovely beams but you had to mind your head. The lift was ropey and gave up on a Sunday: fortunately it was mended early on Monday so we did not have to carry our cases down.
