Does our "For Sale" sign bother you? What relevancy does that have to you or your stay? Yes we are an older motel but it was very clean and comfortable, I promise you, and our rates reflect that!

That coupled with a construction crew building our new County courthouse across the street and a very busy and popular restaurant nest door does make for a little excitement! Richard, your bathroom was not dirty! Every room is inspected everyday to ensure you are satisfied! If your room was not to your satisfaction you should have notified us so we could remedy the situation for you. Your breaker did trip on half of your room and when you notified me I immediately reset the breaker. it took me all of about 5 minutes to fix your problem! This is not an ongoing problem as you suggest! Usually when breakers trip it is because the guest has overloaded the plugs with multiple pieces of equipment such as computers, breathing equipment, Irons, hairdryers, etc. Very rarely have we had a problem with tripped breakers. In any event thank you for your business.
