"From the very first message until the day we left, we felt genuinely welcomed by Natasha and Panicos. Their communication was exceptional—always friendly, helpful, and incredibly quick to respond. They shared so many great local recommendations, which made our holiday even more special and helped us experience the perfect mix of beautiful beaches and the rich culture of Cyprus.The house itself was fantastic. It was spotless, comfortable, well equipped, and immediately felt like a home away from home. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring.One of the most unexpected highlights of our stay was the lovely cats around the property. We completely fell in love with them, and seeing them every day brought a smile to our faces. They made our stay feel even more unique and memorable.A huge thank you to Natasha and Panicos for being such wonderful hosts and for creating such a warm and welcoming place. "From start to finish the communication was amazing. The villa itself is beautiful the views are breathtaking, the welcome back was great clean and tidy with more than enough toiletries towels etc. I recommend a car or some form of transport as supermarkets restaurants are a good walking distance . We had a buggy for the whole stay which worked for us . Maria agreeed a late check out for us at no extra cost . I’ve no doubt if I return to this part Cyprus I would book this villa again . Anyone booking this villa you must visit Paradise Place opposite the owner the staff and the a atmosphere is second to none they made myself and my partner feel so welcome and at home . All thought they only provide a limited menu don’t be mistaken as it’s so tasty.Another restaurant I would highly recommend is The old Town this is exceptional !!!!! One thing I would say is that the villas introduction booklet needs updating as the taxi services we rang were all no longer available and there is no jacuzzi bath in Villa . However this did not affect our stay in anyway ."

"Excellent villa and great location, just a 15 minute leisurely stroll to Latchi harbour and an abundance of places to eat. Polis is a 5 minute drive away with bars and restaurants. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which was great and air con units in the bedrooms work well and are a must. Pool area lovely, with plenty of space around it and well kept. Just one small niggle / recommendation for the owners. Initially there was only one tiny partly broken parasol. Property managers quickly supplied a new large one (great service), but really the property needs 3 of them for 6 people to comfortably relax around the pool. Cyprus is hot! Sockets are English 3 pin so no need to take euro adapters, but you will need a euro to uk adapter to use the iron and hairdryer supplied. All in all, a great place to stay and we would definitely return"

The rooms were spacious, the kitchen was well equipped with modern appliances, and the living room furniture was comfortable and modern. The large pool and beautiful views were definite highlights. We also enjoyed the peaceful and welcoming atmosphere of the area. The beach was clean and within walking distance, and the owner of the nearby cafA© was exceptionally friendly and welcoming."
