« The rooms were okay, but they could have been better. Unfortunately, my overall experience was very disappointing.
I accidentally made my reservation for March 16 instead of August 16. When I arrived at the hotel, I explained the situation to the staff member at the front desk. He was rude and initially told me there were no rooms available. When I showed him my reservation, he pointed out that it was for March 16.
I asked whether I could book another room for that night. Instead of helping me...
