This is a quiet, peaceful haven. Ideally suited for easy access yo Kata night market and shopping areas. The staff are very polite and helpful, our roomnwas immaculately presented and serviced and we were met warmly on arrival. We would happily stay again.

The staff here is helpful and friendly, which was the absolute highlight of the stay. However, the breakfast has very few selections and gets repetitive quickly. Most disruptive of all is a strong, constant buzzing sound from an electric current echoing throughout the entire resort, making it hard to truly relax.

I just want to say THANK YOU for a wonderful stay at Sawasdee Village! From the moment you arrive until the time you leave, the entire team does everything they can to make you feel welcomed and pampered. The hotel is absolutely spectacular—from the beautiful pools to the stunning rooms. Every member of the staff genuinely cares about their guests and goes above and beyond to make you feel special. Whether it's the restaurant staff, the front desk team, or even the person who greets you at the entrance, everyone is incredibly kind and attentive. My only comment is that our room had some ants downstairs where my mom and son were sleeping. I understand that the hotel is surrounded by beautiful tropical gardens and water, and the ants were probably coming in from outside. We loved the natural setting, but it was a little unpleasant to find them on the mattress. Other than that, our stay was truly exceptional, and we can't wait to come back.
