We had confirmation from ebookers SMS and eMail. When we arrived the hotel had no rooms left. We had to sleep in the car. There were no other rooms also in other hotels available.

Great Location, Room 316 Was Decent

I booked this hotel for Thursday to Monday during La Feria. The. rate I was charged was about $82 USD a night. The first night they gave me a room that smelled mildewy and there were stains on the ceiling and on the mini fridge and the TV was old. There was also no view of the outside. The view was of the restaurant. On the bright side, the room was spacious and the internet worked well. The next morning I had an engagement and needed to leave at a certain time but when I went to take a shower there was barely any water and zero hot water. I complained a lot because I needed to shower so I could leave. I had to complain a lot because they were moving at a snails pace to resolve the issue, but I was eventually moved to a room with a functioning shower. The new room was smaller but had hot water and a flat screen TV. The room smelled much fresher which was appreciated. On the down side, the internet was much slower and there still was no view. In addition, the restaurant would play loud American music early in the morning that was annoying. I had an issue one day because I requested my room be cleaned at about 11:00 am and they didn't get back to me until about 4 pm. The hotel isn't that big, but they told me they were prioritizing rooms with checkouts versus me because I was staying for another 2 days (and had already paid up front.) The best thing about this hotel is the location and the staff is friendly. The breakfast was good during La Feria only.

es la 2da vez que me hospedo en el hotel su ubicacion es muy buena no me gusto que el cambio de toallas no la realizan diariamente a menos que las misma esten mojadas me parece adsurdo, el hotel hay mucho ruido la cocina esta en el piso 2 y en la mañana es desastroso el ruido de ollas platos y personas me ofrecieron atrves de mi reserva una cama quinn pues no hay o no me la dieron solo matrimonial y dormi muy incomodo el desayuno no es variado siempre lo mismo

Called the cops to solve a problem that was their own and because their computer systems are out of date. They are still living at the stone ages at this hotel. And you may just end up paying more from your account because their systems are so outdated. I have planned to return here but now sure I will with the way the manager talked to me. Very disrespectful and if it weren’t for the cops protecting him, no telling what would have happened. I don’t recommend this hotel for anyone. Save your money, don’t give it to them, and just find somewhere else to stay. Many other nice places around like Colina’s and many others. This staff is rude and embarrassing. I’m here to relax and they stressed me out dealing with this for over 4 hours today, and I missed my Dallas Cowboys vs Seattle Seahawks whole first half because of these problems that could’ve been resolved if they would spend the few extra bucks and update their system and methods.
