"Everything was great about the room staff the area. Our only problem was that they wanted to clean our room at 9:00 a.m.. we were still in our room at 9:00 a.m. and if they didn't clean the room at that specific time then your room didn't get cleaned at all no exceptions. So for the 4 days we were there our room didn't get cleaned once not once no matter how many times we complained"

"No ice in the ice machine, room had a horrible smell, the mattress was as hard as the floor and there was no heat or air in the room."

We even had friends stop by, and they loved it so much they’re already planning to book their own stay.The atmosphere made it easy to truly unwind, and our kids had an amazing time. They didn’t want to leave, which says everything. We’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend!"

"There may have been some issues upon initial check in with staff miscommunication. They allowed us access to the pool before our check in time and were accommodating! The pool was the highlight of our child 's stay! Breakfast was wonderful. We Would stay again. "
