Phone number is a voicemail only in a language few would understand. A person showed up at the front desk after we requested a cancel and refund from Expedia. The person who showed up seemed unconcerned about the situation and resistant to finding a solution. We booked another unit and it was amazing. I would never book here again. It felt more like a scam than a legitimate rental. We stayed one short night here after 24 hours of travelling and everything was perfect except there was no warm water in the shower and it was disappointing after such a long travel day and especially since we paid more for this place than we usually do to treat ourselves after the long travel day. But otherwise a perfect stay.
