First day I got the 4th floor room , AC controller doesn’t work and too cold also too much moisture in the room and dirty,uncomfortable to stay.I request to change a room ,it takes 9 hours to wait. I never have experience like that, I will not stay at this hotel anymore.

The Midas Hotel Casino was a wonderful place to vacation on my honeymoon (with the exception of (Elai). I had a wonderful time with my new wife. The staff was exceptionally professional and courteous. Room service wasn’t great but I did love the 24 hour service is a step above other surrounding hotels. I will defiantly refund for another visit..

The bed linen was dirty. The towels were old and ripped. No face towels. The combined bath showers was blocked.Did not have half the drinks on the menu. Food order mistakes when dining. Did not remove dirty glasses from the room. Wanted to charge corkage when the did have 0.0 beer which l had to supply.Room was run down and carpert very dirty. No milk in the buffey resturant. 2 and a half star only

The staff in every area of the Midas hotel with the exception of Member services in the Casino (Elai was a bit disrespectful) were exceptionally welcoming, professional, helpful and kind to me and my new wife. I would recommend Midas to anyone and would definitely stay there again. Thank you for making my honeymoon memorable=)

I wish there was a closer convivence store. I had a BAD experience with the room service on ordering food. I hope you train your staff to understand and listen very carefully to the CUSTOMER. I tried to order dinner on the night of the 30th. I ordered a chicken adobo, said it two times with rice. when the order came I thought the bowl was that of chicken adobo, it turn out to be noodle soup. HUH. I'm thinking how can someone not hear CHICKEN ADOBO compare to noddle soup . I was hungry at the time so when i called about the situation they said we are out of chicken adobo . well at this point I was loss for words . I just said I'll eat whatever they brought in disgust. hunger won over this battle . So I hope the next time your staff will be better customer service on English speaking customers. Thats everything and the number one service the company should be after in the tourist business, CUSTOMER SERVICE. Everything else was great and fantastic the room cleaning, front staff, the driver's front door, Everybody was very courteous and very helpful in what you needed. I really apricate that service commitment to your staff.

The room smells old , the cabinet and drawers are outdated . Appearance of wooden cabinets and drawers are chipped, damage and old . The metal bar below the sink is broken , hotel did not fix to place a steel bar across where towels used to be hanged .

Very good overall. Easy check-in. Very clean rooms. Hotel needs updating. Free shuttle transportation to and from the Mall of Asia was nice. Breakfast buffet was okay.

Most of the staff was very welcoming, professional, and nice. Some were avoiding eye contact. I love security, the front desk, and Concierge. The carpet was dirty in the room I was in, and the hallway and my room had a strong smell of water damage. The wallpaper was old and pealing, lacking quality for the money being charged. They would not allow me to use a courtesy phone after my cell was stolen, and the room fees for phone usage are really high (30-50 cents per min). But I would stay there again. CJ

This place is very old an warn down, We booked with theeals included but what it doesn't say is that these are pre packaged meals that are delivered to your room. The bathroom is dated and old in the executive room we paid extra for. Don't recommend this place to anyone.

We had a very pleasant stay. We came to Manila to enroll our youngest daughter into college and we’re recommended this hotel by a family member. The staff and service are top notch. We were treated as celebrities. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of pastries and breakfast favorites. Lastly I had a streak of luck in their small casino. Myself and a family member walked away with 30,000.00 pesos in winnings. I do recommend this hotel if you come to Manila.

The picture from there website is way more different in person, carpet is dirty and even washroom very disappointing for a 4 star hotel. Towels are old I believe they never changed it since the hotel opens year's back. This is the only 4 star hotel that I'm disappointed with.
