Hotel staff including the guards are friendly, helpful, welcoming and accommodating. This is the most important for me. I really enjoyed dining at Cafe Mondo and their ‘daing na bangus” is simply the best. I enjoyed my weeklong stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Makati area.

Nice hotel in a central location. 2 employees were rude to me (Pedro the morning cook and Joy Villarreal). However, Victoria the manager surprised me on my Birthday with a Cake and a Happy Birthday song. All employees are nice BUT few are special: Mel the Lobby Host, Paula from the Cafe, Via from the Lobby, Victoria the Hotel Manager.

Probably the worst hotel I’ve ever walked into. Staff are absolutely amazing but the room stank like a sewer pit and location was far from anything. I checked out after 5 mins of being there. It’s not the staffs fault as they were so nice but this is not a hotel for the average westerner.

Amazing hotel, should be 4.5 star to 5 star. Well maintained, always clean, tidy. All employees are nice, polite and hard working. Just have to mention someone who is special: 1) Victoria the Manager is polite, patient, professional, helpful, humble and hard working. Had my birthday and Victoria the Manager and all employees surprised me with a birthday cake and a Happy Birthday song..thank you.

Our other accomadation had no electricity hence my medication would not survive, Staff got us into the room at 9am for a little extra but no other hotel would.

Excellent stay in Manila
Excellent location, fantastic customer services and all topped by a great roof top pool and sauna. The hotel is a little dated but still very comfortable.

Coming bac to Herald Suites Solana is like coming to our home away from home in the Philippines. Checking was easy and fast as always. The staff met us with welcome drink and we our key straight away. The management and the staff make HSS far above the rest in Manila. The breakfast was plentiful , tasty and did not take long to arrive each morning. We will be back again and very soon.

Looking for a gem in the ruble of things?
Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a treat and wait staff polite and attentive. Reception is very accommodating. The room is big and bathroom is very clean. Airconfitioning unit is actually working! Bed is big and room is actually big! Nothing fancy about the place or location. To me it is a hidden gem for the price they ask for! Thank you to everyone there who deserve more!

The staff put this facility in a superior class all the way at the top! The breakfast is plentiful and rather tasty, I might add. The pool is well kept and located on the top of the facility. A large shopping mall is located about 300 meters from the suites. I would be happy to recommend this location to anyone and will certainly be back when I come to Manila.

The staff had it right from time that I checked in with swift and kind attention. Very available with information , opening doors, keeping our suite clean and offering the best breakfast variety. Awesome hotel

The hotel smell like inside the hospital light is so dark customer service is good but the rest of the property is terrible after I check in , I immediate check out.I don’t even think twice even I know I lost money in the process

Im not too fond of the location. There's not much place to eat around. Street noise can be heard from the room. Furnitures insude the room, especially the chairs needed an update so badly. The upholstery looks dirty and disgusting to sit on. Towels are no longer white in color. They're more like grayish now. I like the breakfast included. The staffs are all friendly and helpful. That's the only reason i gave this facility a 4 stars It looks so old and yucky looking
