The property listing says 2 pools but it doesn’t say you have to pay extra to use them. They have changed the standard check in and check out times to 3pm and 11pm. They do not offer any cleaning services without a fee. None of these things are properly disclosed.

The unit is clean and smells good. I just have some suggestions. Improve on your cutlery, shampoo and body wash is not sufficient. I suggest you provide dispensers for shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. The unit has no bottled water. I hope you can provide for your customers. The bottom door railing in the shower area is unsafe. We hit our toes several times and almost fell.
