Located on the 22nd floor of The Gramercy Residences at Century City in the beautiful small neighbourhood of Bel-Air. 20-40 minutes taxi ride from the Ninoy Aquino International Airport.

With round-the-clock security and concierge, indulge in a luxurious haven above Makati. Neighbour with the Trump tower and private access to the Century City mall through the 2nd floor.

The space: Immerse yourself in luxury and comfort at our Makati loft, perfect for the discerning oversea traveler. Unwind in a plush queen bed or the sofa-bed (foldable bed), with two TVs in the bedroom and living room, both with Netflix. Our kitchen, featuring a rice cooker and full-size fridge, caters to your culinary preferences.

Guest access: The leisure facilities are yours to enjoy from 6 AM, including the kiddie pool, lap pool, infinity pool, gym, and meditation area. You're also welcome to relax in the serene garden with a kids' playground and take advantage of the on-site massage service, available for a fee either on the 37th floor of the building or directly in your unit.

Other details to note: Identification Requirement: After making a reservation, please send us a copy of your valid ID or passport within the next 48 hours. This is necessary for us to forward to the building administration for registration purposes.

Extra Access Card: We provide one access card for your stay for free. If you need an additional card, we can arrange it for a fee of 600 PHP. Just let us know before or during your stay. Please note that it takes about 5-10 hours to process, and we don't process them on weekends.

Baggage Drop: If you arrive early, baggage drop is available at the reception, free for the first three hours. For longer durations, it will incur a fee. Please consult the concierge for pricing details.

Parking is available at the rate of 400php/day. Please note that it is not possible to reserve a parking spot in advance. The building administration applies a first come first served policy for parking. However parking is also available at the Century city mall.

Laundry Room Availability: A laundry room is accessible within the building at the basement 2.

24/7 Staff and Security: Staff and security are available 24/7 for your assistance and safety.

Balcony Access: Enjoy the added luxury of a balcony in the residence.

2nd bed: The second bed is located on the lower level of the apartment. It is a twin foldable bed. Please let us know in advance if you wish to have it ready.
