Check-in was smooth. The room was tiny, twin bed with a shared bathroom as I expected. Television did not work and wifi was weak. Hot breakfast added to the value of the room. All the coffee and egg drop soup you want. I love hot soup in the morning. Free water dispenser on every floor. Excellent location within walking distance of Makati Medical Center, coffee shops, restaurants, malls, etc.. My only complaint was the itchy synthetic blanket. No sheet between the guest and itchy blanket. Really lets you experience the culture away from the tourists. Their low number of rooms allows them to provide very personal and high quality service. Super Low Prices, but rooms were clean and comfortable. Kakerlaken und Ameisen teilten das Zimmer mit mir. Das außerhalb des Zimmers befindliche Badezimmer war eine Zumutung. WC Deckel von der Dusche vollgespritzt, Boden nass, nicht sehr einladend. Das Frühstück war teilweise ungenießbar, habe nur den Reis gegessen.
