The room itself was very nice & clean. However, there was only on outlet on the lamp between two queen beds. My husband & I each use a c-pap at night. I tried calling the front desk for some kind of help, but no one ever answered. Tried several times. There is no access to streaming channels & you have to buy a movie if you want to watch a movie! When we checked in at 8:30 p.m. there was no one at the desk. We waited at least 5-8 min before someone showed up & she didn’t seem real happy to be there. They charged us $19 for “resort fees”! There was no warning about that! The outlet in the bathroom is upside down. The big plug in end of the complimentary hair dryer kept falling out of the outlet because it had to go in upside down! The cleanness of the room, bedding & towels are the only reason I gave any stars at all. We will not be staying there again!
Also, we could smell cigarette smoke in our room on the 6th floor of the hotel!

The hotel was super cute! There’s a juice bar and massage place inside and very family friendly! It was clean and I felt safe traveling alone.
My only complaint was that there was a lot of noise late at night and yelling in the hallways. I’m not sure if it was other guests or staff. But I would 10/10 stay again.
