  • Corte del Sole is the ideal solution for families who want to combine the lively reality of the Puglia region with the relaxation and the exclusive comfort of a country property and its splendid private swimming pool.

    During your stay you will be amazed by the charm of the artistic wonders of the surrounding places, by the excellent local Mediterranean cuisine, by the breathtaking scenery of small towns and beaches, by vineyards and olive groves.

    The Villa is located on more than 1.5 hectares of private fenced land immersed in the quiet countryside near Manduria, just a few minutes from the crystal clear Apulian sea and the center of Manduria, the capital of Primitivo wine.

    The Villa, recently renovated on an existing rural house, is an easily accessible one-storey building flooded with light that filters through the airy outdoor patio. The renovation of the property ended in May 2019 and was carried out with taste and with a very high and modern standard.

    The Villa has a very spacious living and dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, with all the necessary kitchen appliances, three bedrooms (with double beds) and two large bathrooms (one with a washing machine). All rooms are air conditioned. A large shaded courtyard is connected to the dining room overlooking a cozy garden with orange and lemon trees.

    In total, the Villa can accommodate up to 6 people. Sheets, bath towels and pool towels are provided during the stay.

    The outdoor area is very pleasant, with a large patio equipped with sofas, chairs and tables and overlooking the private pool which is in exceptional condition with a shaded courtyard and pool loungers. A large garden with fruit and olive trees and a barbecue complete the outdoor area of the property.

    The outdoor relaxation areas are everywhere in the property. You can enjoy your breakfasts and dinners al fresco on the large patio, in the shady courtyard, around the pool, in the garden.

    The nearest beaches can be reached in 8 minutes by car, while the center of Manduria with its shops and restaurants is only 4 minutes away

Our stay at this lovely accommodation was fantastic. The house was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The property itself was peaceful and relaxing — perfect for some quality family time. We especially enjoyed spending time in the pool and unwinding in the lounge area.Although it’s a bit on the outskirts, it’s only about a 15-minute drive to grocery stores and other conveniences, which made it very manageable. Our hosts were incredibly helpful and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.When we return to Puglia, we will definitely look forward to staying here again!

Wonderful stay

Court of the sun was a wonderful place for a family vacation. Gianfranco and Simona were amazing hosts. The house was well appointed and the pool and yard were perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. 5 star vacation.

An amazing two weeks south of Manduria. Especially our two hosts - Gianfranco and Simona - are very friendly and attentive. If we had a question or challenge they were ready to help with very short notice. Will definitely think of going back here!

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Das Haus war sehr schön, ideal für uns 4 und wirklich sehr sauber. Die Kinder liebten den Pool und die große gepflegte Anlage. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, bemüht und wenn nötig immer gleich zur Stelle. Danke! Toller Urlaub!!

Relaxing Beautiful Villa in Puglia

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa in Puglia! The house was lovely, spotless, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The hosts were fantastic, friendly, helpful, and attentive, making us feel welcome.The villa’s pool was stunning and very well maintained, and the location was ideal: quiet and peaceful, yet just a short drive to gorgeous beaches, charming towns, and excellent local restaurants. We especially enjoyed the delicious local wine and fresh seafood.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a perfect getaway in Puglia. We hope to return soon!

Der Empfang war sehr herzlich, die Gastgeber waren wirklich sehr freundlich. Das Haus und der Pool waren sauber und gepflegt. Wir hatten wirklich eine schöne Zeit und konnten uns sehr gut erholen. In der Umgebung gibt es so schöne Dinge zu sehen. Natürlich ist man auf ein Auto angewiesen, weil das Haus sehr abgelegen ist, aber genau so wollten wir es. Wir haben so schöne Städte besucht ( auf Empfehlung der Gastgeber) ,mit typischen italienischen engen Gassen und wunderschönen Restaurants. Wir können die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder dorthin fahren.

Fantastic villa, perfect in every way

We stayed at the villa for 10 nights and loved every minute. The villa is immaculate , spacious and very well equipped. The pool and pool area was bliss. The villa itself is in a quiet location, but 10mins to shops and a large town. The airport is an hour away and there is no shortage of beautiful beaches and towns to visit. This is a great base for anyone looking to explore Puglia. We travelled as a family group including children 7&9 parents and grandparents, there was more than enough to keep Us all occupied. We have returned home well rested with lots of happy memories. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa to other family groups and would love to return in the future. The hosts Gianfranco and his lovely wife Simona were most helpful and courteous, on hand for any questions we had but we also enjoyed complete privacy. Thank you both!

Fantastic Holiday in Puglia / Manduria

As a family of four with 2 teenagers, we spent 2 wonderful weeks in the brand new, stylish villa. The villa of Simona and Gianfranco is 5 km from Manduria and 8km to the beaches on the ionic coast. The proberty is quiet with lots of privacy. The Owners are absolutely cordial and gave us a friendly welcome. They were very helpful, gave us tips on the area, shopping and wine tasting. The villa is very spacious, cofortable and very tastefully decorated and leaves nothing to be desired. The kitchen is well equipped for self catering. Even in the hot June, the house is pleasantty tempered, the eir conditioning in all rooms can of course also be used. The covered terrace protects from the sun and in the garden invite the large olive and fig trees to linger. The pool is a dream with the waterfalls. Absolutely fantastic. The house with its outdoor facilities is ideal for relaxing holidays. But the environment is worth every visit. The best way to drive along the adriatic and ionic coast with a rental car and visit the beautiful beaches. But the cities are absolutely worth seeing in Puglia. Manduria, the city of the best italians wines; Lecce; Ostuni-the white town on the hill; Alberobello, world heritage with the trullis; Gallipolli a beautiful, lively port city and Santa Maria de Leuca-where the adriatic and ionian seas are united... All in all, we can highly recommed the Villa Simona and have left with a heavy heart. But we will gladly come again! Greetings vom Bavarian Anita and David with Lara and Emma

The villa is really nice and well equipped. The rooms are spacious and the swimming pool as well as its area are really pleasant. The owners are flexible for the arrival timing and very helpful. Villa top pour des vacances en famille

Séjour très agréable. La maison est superbe et les chambres spacieuses. Nos hôtes ont toujours été prévenants et à l'écoute. Juste une voie d'amélioration pour les prochains vacanciers, le barbecue est copieusement arrosé le soir, et non éclairé, et la cafetière ne suffit pas pour 6 adultes. Vacances très réussies. The property is just beautiful. We had a just great holidays there. The owners, Gianfranco and Simona, were very welcoming, responsive, kind and very helpful. Simply a lovely holiday.

The villa was fantastic, modern in build and fittings but sympathetic to the local area. Description of the villa was acccurate, if anything, modest. Beds were comforable, grounds well maintained and watered! The owners G and S we very kind and helpful, but also respectful of privacy. It was well equipped and easy to cook in if you wanted to. The pool was fantastic, much nicer in the light stone rather than fake bright blue. We loved our family holiday here, and if we came to the area again would definitely look to return.

Sehr sauber und freundlicher Empfang

Das Haus war außerordentlich sauber und die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung ist prima aber nicht überkomplett. Wir haben noch Es könnten noch ein paar bequeme Sitzplätze vorhanden sein. So hat man sich halt fast nur auf die Sonnenliegen aufgehalten. Die Betten sind bequem 180x190. Für Lange also etwas kurz. Allerdings hat das Haus ein paar „ issues“. Wir hatten doch mehrmals das die Sicherungen geflogen sind oder komplett der Strom weg war. Auch war abends ab und zu Wasser alle. Dann musste irgendwo eine Pumpe von Hand angeschaltet werden. Ein paar Türen klemmten und wurden dann halt abgeschlossen. Das Grundstück selber ist sehr gepflegt aber drum rum….auch ist die Lage so abgelegen, dass man überall mit dem Auto hin muss. Insgesamt hätten wir für den Preis doch mehr erwartet. Die Vermieter waren zwar bemüht, aber lösen konnten sie schließlich wenig. Zum Glück hat der schöne Pool vieles wett gemacht. Insgesamt oke aber nicht herausragend.

Perfekter Urlaub!!!

Das Haus ist das Beste in dem wir jemals waren. Es ist Einzigartig. Vor allem sticht die überragende Sauberkeit heraus. Alles ist hochwertig und durchdacht. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet und die Schlafzimmer sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Vor allem die Betten sind sehr bequem. Ein großes Danke an dieser Stelle an Simo und Ihren Mann die uns von Anfang an perfekt betreut haben. Sogar bei den Covid Einreiseformularen haben Sie uns geholfen. Mille Grazie. Der mit Abstand schönste Fleck in Manduria! Unsere Kinder reden noch jeden Tag darüber.

perfettamente attinente a quanto presentato sul sito. Dopo aver apprezzato l'accoglienza e la gentilezza di Simona e Gianfranco, persone squisite, ed aver preso atto della scelta dell''arredamento, della pulizia impeccabile, delle dotazioni e della piscina (una vera chicca!), il fascino complessivo del posto prende il sopravvento.... Una vacanza stupenda, senza dubbio da ripetere. voto da 1 a 10 : 12 !!!
