The best in manchester staff: i didn't experience better than this team Location: mid of everything Price: the best with this level of big and clean room
Didn’t send us a confirmation email. We didn’t remember where we had booked or which company we booked with ( Expedia) so we booked another hotel at 330pm. At 730pm, we got the email saying how was check-in which allowed us to know where we were staying. Neither hotel or Expedia tried to email us ...
Great service from staff. Clean room but uncomfortable bed. Had chicken wings in Oddsocks that were inedible.
Super clean. Staff is nice. Breakfast is fine, ...
Comfortable room and parking not too far away. Drop luggage before going to the car park. A few steps to get to reception. Park in the side street whilst doing this.
Convenient location. Rooms very quiet. Staff went out of way to be helpful.
A really luxurious hotel with all the amenities, spa, 24 hr food service, lovely bar. Did not try the restaurant but nice set-up. Very comfortable room (upgraded on arrival). Would highly recommend for a little bit of luxury
Ideal for Manchester Picadilly railway station. Late checkin wasn’t great going round the dark side street with bags and travel valuables, small thing but all in all would recommend.
Expedia, did not mention the fact that you had to pay £25 for parking, and £10 per person to use spa facilities!
