Hotel was lovely, great beds, had a room with a double and single, but the single was very big! Arranged with the reception team to have a bottle of Prosecco in the room when we arrived, and they did a great job, and left a card wishing my mum a happy birthday, and drink vouchers. Thank you for making our stay fantastic. Only downside was that the area is surrounded by construction work.

We found the check in quick and helpful. The staff were brilliant so friendly and engaging. My sister and I were in Manchester to see Take That concert so hotel ideally located. When we returned we had a drink at the bar which was welcoming. Couldn’t fault Leonardo’s and would definitely stay again.

Hotel isn't in the most picturesque area, but everything is close by. Inside everything is pleasant and we had a good stay. For the price we'd stay again.

Area around hotel was just ok, however the accessibility for ubers and the paths along the river and other walkways made it very easy to walk to the city, gay village, etc.

First and last time I will ever stay at a Leonardo. Very noisy, water pressure so bad we froze while washing. 2 out of 3 elevators “Out of Service” and a staff of zombies. I’m not sure what’s going on at this place but it’s not good. Save $250 a night and stay at an IBIS…same experience

It is quite noisy because a lot of people stay at this hotel. They always slam the doors. However, the hotel is nice and easy to walk to the train and tram stations. Staffs are really helpful. Guests can leave the luggage there before checking in time.

Clean and lovley hotel also agreat location. Very noisy during our stay. Sounded like a drain or toilet through the night. So we didnt sleep very well.

Nicer than some Leonardo's I've stayed in, rooms were very spacious and looked fairly new. Staff were lovely, had some cocktails at the bar (just a shame it's not open too late). Close to both the city centre and train station, both are walkable.

The customer service at this hotel is wonderful. Molly at the reception in particular is a credit to Leonardo Hotel. She went above and beyond to make my partner’s birthday extra special - the effort and time spent decorating the room, is really appreciated. Thanks to Molly’s fantastic customer service, I would definitely stay here again when next in Manchester. In addition; the room was great and really clean. Fantastic location too, really close to everywhere we went.
