Hi Pui Fung,I am sorry to hear you didn't fully enjoy your stay with us. In regards to the noise we are unable to provide anything to further dampen it out, due to our location noise is to be expected especially over the weekend nights due to our proximity to bars and restaurants.With the Mattress we do apologise for the quality of sleep you was given, we will look further into the matter of this mattress.With rubbish collection, due to being a serviced apartment we provide all the items necessary for your stay, unfortunately we are not a standard hotel and the responsibility of the rubbish falls on the occupant if they stay under a 7 day minimum required to be eligible for a weekly clean which does include changing of the bins.Though we are happy to hear you enjoyed the location provided for your 6 day stay and I do hope you give us another chance to change your mind on CoveWarm regards,Cove Minshull Street.

Hi Vasiliki,Thank you for leaving us a review. In order to encourage lower water consumption and reduce our carbon footprint, as serviced apartments we do provide cleans for stays over 7 nights only, this includes the fresh towels being provided once a week as well. Additional cleaning can be requested at an additional cost, depending on housekeeping availability. We do a small fitness suite but is a decent size considering that guests tend to have the entire room to themselves and contains free weights, kettlebells, multigym, treadmill, bike and elliptical trainer. Our property is open 24 hours and we do usually have night receptionists as well, unfortunately due to staff availability we did have security on for the nights you had stayed, apologies if this has caused any issues for you.Thanks for the reviewCove Reception
