The house is located in a very relaxing area where you can find a small market, a pharmacy, a butchery shop and a bakery shop in less than 2 blocks around. Balneario Buenos Aires is 17 km far from Jose Ignacio, 4 km far from Manantiales, 9 from La Barra and 16 km from Punta del Este peninsula. The house has large rooms, distributed in 120 sq meters; ALL rooms have ocean view and glass sliding doors that lead to the outer spaces. There are 2 bedrooms with balconies; one of the bedrooms has 3 single beds and the other a double bed (the main bedroom has also a 12 sq meter terrace). The house has 2 bathrooms, a living room with dining area, a kitchen with dining area, a laundry room, a large garden and backyard with terrace where you can enjoy nice barbecues.
