The house is located in a very relaxing area where you can find a small market, a pharmacy, a butchery shop and a bakery shop in less than 2 blocks around. Balneario Buenos Aires is 17 km far from Jose Ignacio, 4 km far from Manantiales, 9 from La Barra and 16 km from Punta del Este peninsula.
The house has large rooms, distributed in 120 sq meters; ALL rooms have ocean view and glass sliding doors that lead to the outer spaces. There are 2 bedrooms with balconies; one of the bedrooms has 3 single beds and the other a double bed (the main bedroom has also a 12 sq meter terrace). The house has 2 bathrooms, a living room with dining area, a kitchen with dining area, a laundry room, a large garden and backyard with terrace where you can enjoy nice barbecues.
Public transportation is limited during the day but takes you to the main places, including the city of Maldonado, Punta del Este, Jose Ignacio and to the airport.
