The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of the Hidimba Temple, Old Manali, and Mall Road, making it easy to explore the area on foot. I also really enjoyed the food served at the hotel’s restaurant, it was delicious and one of the highlights of my stay. Overall, a comfortable stay with a convenient location and great food.
Staff was super friendly at front desk very helpful.

Disliked: Staff & service
Location: there were 2 routes to the hotel- one accessible by car and one through narrow streets. Stick to main roads to reach this hotel.
We booked 3 rooms- one of which was satisfactorily clean.
Staff grudgingly obliged to clean the rooms.
Amenities: shower gel / shampoo/ moisturizer & hair dyer/fridge
Coffee pot without the electrical connections /cords - so couldn't make any coffee.
Breakfast buffet was okay though all of us had an upset stomach soon after breakfast.
Staff: they were pleasant but did not maintain a correct record of the bookings/ number of guests and transactions. So- guests, you need to do that job!
The highlight was the mountain view.
Absolutely magnificent hotel! The staff are so helpful and super friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The food is divine! We ate many meals here because the food is so good! Central heating takes the chill off, in the room. The room was big and the bed very comfortable. The rainfall shower is hot the bathroom big and clean. From the balcony we had picturesque views of the nearby mountains and the snowy peaks further away. The travel desk helped us arrange a day in the snow which was incredible. The hotel is walking distance from Mall Rd shops, cafes and restaurants, the Buddhist temple and monastery, markets and other sights. We enjoyed every minute here and in fact extended our stay here!

The staff was very bad.
We had chosen buffet dinner, when asked for hot/ fresh breads, he denied it and behaved disrespectful. He insulted us , we payed in full, Rs. 1200 but didn't get the fodd, and had to get up in between. Worst experience.
