"Close to airport so convenient, we stayed one night for that reason and then moved on. It served a purpose but we would have regretted taking a longer holiday here. Room was small, pool area busy and lots of children. For families probably perfect, but for a quiet relaxing stay - plenty more choices around Fiji, We found breakfast chaotic and noisy, wasn’t for us!"

"I think what makes this stay great is the attention the staff give to everyone and how welcoming they are. Would love to thank everyone for making this stay feel like home, but more in specifically Vriscila, Ana, Jese, Solo, Lita and Sam. "We booked Nakelo off the online images, and upon arrival it was clear the damage they had sustained from the recent cyclone. Our first day was cloudy and a bit windy so it didnt show off the resort to its beauty. We had 5 days there, and by the end we didnt want to leave. The staff are lovely (Henry 1, Henry 2, Lannie, William, and the rest of the staff), and enjoy having a laugh or joke with you. The room we had was great, the aircon was wonderful on those hot humid days to have a break in. The Kokada dish is a must try - our favourite! The snorkeling is amazing. Both sides of the island offer different snorkeling experiences and worth spending a day on each reef. The sand bar trip is great, the reef out there is a must dive and is where we saw our first reef shark. Watch out for the trigger fish near the shore - they will protect their nest and will chase and bite you if you get too close. The jetskis are no longer used as the company that operated them is no longer there. The facilities need alot of refurbishment and they know that, but hopefully soon they get the funding to do what they need. There was only 14 of us on the island at any time and it was heaven. The whole island to ourselves and no kids - bliss. We got to release a turtle which was incredible. They have turtles and iguanas on the island which you can feed. There was trash around the beach which was a shame to see and would be an easy fix, but overall we loved out time, and we will be back in the future."

"This is a great location to experience Fiji for the first time. There are two beaches included in the resort that are walking distance to each other. The food was great with lots of choice and good quality. The cocktails at the pool bar and drinks were delicious made by Oscar and Seru. A fantastic benefit was free and unlimited use of the kayaks, snorkels and fins. The evening entertainment, in particular the singer and the choir were absolutely fantastic! The sunset bus trip to the western part of the island was a gorgeous way to start the evening/finish a day relaxing. A wonderful addition to the resort. "
