« I will say first and foremost, the front desk staff was very kind and apologetic. So we were comforted by that and felt how sorry she was. We do not believe that this hotel is meant for families, it is beyond disgusting. We got there about 9pm, we were given a room and room card, went to that room and used the key card - there was someone already there. Went back down and got another room, and it was not clean whatsoever, cat food all over the ground smelt like cigarettes, a used water bottle....

« First off, we ended up at The Shenadoah Inn as a much more affordable alternative to staying in or near, Omaha for the College World Series. The Inn and the town itself is quite a throwback to simpler times. The staff was extremely friendly, encouraging us to get water to fill our water bottles before heading off for a Saturday night game.
