Right where you need to be.
Was quite concerned as hadn't heard directly from the Mallorca Suites with regard to how we were supposed to get in etc. I sent a message when we arrived and the guy turned up within a couple of minutes to let us in. Apartment was nice and airy, very clean, complimentary water and toiletries. We asked if the apartment was available for a couple of hours after check out time and we was given the extra hours for no charge! I had read that there is no lift and so stairs are a major hurdle - there is a lift!! We used it all the time. This place is situated perfectly - right in the middle of everything. So many places to eat/drink/shop. 5 minutes walk to get a cab. The downside to this apartment was the noise from a party wall - not one of the other apartment, but a neighbour. Having siesta was a waste of time and they didn't appear to go to bed very early either - the sound of furniture scraping along the floor was very annoying!

The suites are very centrally positioned in Palma roughly 5 minutes to the Cathedral. They are very clean with everything you need for a short break.

Perfect location to walk around the city. Everything nearby. Unless you are driving I highly recommend this apartment. The restaurant across the street (Bossa Nova) is really good

Excellent appartment in ideal location
This is the best place with ideal conditions to stay in Palma de Mallorca. It had everything we needed in the right place. A very conveniet appartment in the heart of the old city, near the touring attractions. Quiet and all you need you can shop nearby.

Fabulous apartment, centrally located, nicely equipped, with great customer service to top it all off. This was a last minute choice, but a great choice. Virtually central to the capital, a mere 10 minutes maximum stroll in any direction to all you could want. From the train station, to the sea, via a myriad of gorgeous alleys and walkways you can wander around to find it all. The apartment is lovely. A secure doorway, stairs and a lift take you up to whatever floor your on. The main room has a lounge with l-shaped settee, which converts to a bed, a huge LG HD TV, free Wi-Fi for the apartment, a dining area and a very useable kitchen stocked with hob, over, Nespresso machine and a kettle - as Brits we need a good brew. The bedroom has two singles pushed together to make a huge comfy bed. There's a wardrobe, chair and bedside cabinets. The bathroom is very good, with a waterfall / normal shower option, a wealth of towels, and some nice little bottles of shower gels, shampoos, etc. We arrived in Palma early, and as it was out of season was allowed into the apartment early. Everything was just great. Outside the door are cafes and restaurants, from known brands to quiet retreats for the locals. Mini-markets are found dotted around, along with two main markets, both with supermarkets inside them. We will return, and we will be booking here again.

Dejlig lejlighed midt i smørhullet i den gamle bydel. Omgivet af diverse forretninger, barer og restauranter samt seværdigheder. Gå afstand til det meste. Tæt på havn, strand . Vender gerne tilbage igen. Da vi kom et par timer tidligere end planlagt, fik vi aftalt at der stod en person, som kunne tage imod os og vise os ind i lejligheden. Meget fin service.

Świetna lokalizacja, w samym centrum Palmy. Hałas z ulicy nie przeszkadzał, z kolei sąsiedzi w apartamencie obok dali się we znaki wracając nad ranem z nocnych wojaży (na to nie mamy wpływu). Apartament wyposażony w niezbędne sprzęty, utrzymany w czystości. Bardzo dobra relacja jakości do ceny.

L’ubicazione dell’appartamento è perfetta e anche l’organizzazione. Il giorno dell’arrivo abbiamo ricevuto una mail in cui ci veniva spiegato come recuperare le chiavi visto che non c'è una reception... niente di più facile, all’interno del palazzo c'è una piccola cassettina con un codice e dentro abbiamo trovato le chiavi. L’appartamento non poteva essere più centrale di così, praticamente eravamo ad un minuto a piedi da plaça major, 5 minuti dalla cattedrale e sotto casa c’era la passeggiata e tutti i negozi. Tutto perfetto tranne una cosa... dal bagno veniva su un odore di fogna per cui bisognava tenere sempre la porta chiusa. A parte questo ci tornerei anche domani

Location was great, but little bit hard to find. Taxidriver left me to the square, and said 'you google' and left. Apartment was nice, clean, typical Ikea style. Refridgerator was noisy in a corner of a livingroom. The heater was luxyry, otherwise the apartment would have been too cold.

Super beliggenhed og overordnet set en dejlig lejlighed. En meget vigtig detalje, som I lige skal være opmærksom på er, at lejl. 2 C er meget uhensigtsmæssigt indrettet omkring toilettet - er man højere end 170 cm., er det ikke muligt at sidde ordenligt på toilettet pga. en tåbelig placering få cm. fra væggen. Dette er heldigvis ikke ens i alle lejligheder. Kontaktpersonen på stedet er meget dårlig til engelsk.

The location is in the center of the city. You can easily reach any destination you wish to visit. In the apartment is there all you need for comfortable rest and live. Highly recommended for those guests who want to get more impression than to spend all time on the beach. The beach by the way is achievable by 20 min walk.
