Beautiful resort property with nice roomy kitchenette units with patios and great views. Wonderful location being close to many restaurants and shopping. No real town here just a tourist haven. Perfect part of the island. No snorkeling equipment to rent at the property or anywhere close by.

Great place to stay
Fantastic apartments in a great location, very clean, very comfortable. We stayed b&b and there was a good selection of breads, cooked breakfast, fruit, yogurt and cereals. There was also pancakes or waffles with sauces.

Had a lovely stay at the resort. We requested a sea view and got a self catering room looking directly onto the sea which was stunning. Staff were polite and helpful, pool cafe was enjoyable. We hired a car and were able to park outside easily. We swam in the sea - choice of steps into the sea from the apartments or a 2 minute walk across the road to the beach so perfect. We didn't choose to use the pool regularly as it was very busy and noisy. Should also be noted that the inside pool is closed during summer months - we may have overlooked this in the small print. Short walk to the shop each morning for fresh coissants.

Great stay at Cala Azul, would def go back!
Brilliant holiday in Cala Azul Park!!!! We were 2 adults & 1 child so there was room in the bedroom to move one of the sofas in so we all slept in the same room & still had a living area separate. Everything was within easy reach of the complex, lots of bars, restaurants, beaches, etc. Public transport was easily available & cheap (1.80 euro into the marina, roughly 10 minute journey) or taxis are there too (6euro to marina). You are able to use all the facilities of the other hotels in the complex, all the pools have the same layout though, just in different areas. Beach is accessible from the complex down a set of well spaced out steps. We stayed b&b at cala Azul and it was amazing, it changed everyday which was great and so much choice, I'd definitely recommend it as the local restaurants were a bit expensive for breakfast. I'd definitely stay here again and would consider going all inclusive as the variety of restaurants/ snack bars in the complex was good & they catered well for allergies (egg allergy in our group). As well as the fact that it was about 50euro average for dinner out for 3 of us each night, I think AI would have been a cheaper option.

Very friendly staff, plenty of choice at buffet breakfast and dinner if you opt for that. Annoying dash for sunbeds in the mornings but pool staff efficient at clearing belongings from beds that aren’t being used to free them up for others.

Beautiful location go self catering in block F
Just returned from 10 days at Azul Park. The location is fabulous near the shops, restaurants and two fabulous beaches on the doorstep and a bus stop out front with a regular service. Pool is fab although it can be hard to get sunbed at times. You also have use of all facilities at Esmeralda park across the road which is basically the same but right on the beach, the entertainment is also held here which is great. This is a 3 star hotel and no more, although you pay the price of a 4 star hotel. The cleaners/maintenance staff work hard to keep grounds clean and tidy and do a good job of the room although under the sofa was dirty when we arrived. There is a problem with ants in the room but it did not bother us too much in the end. We were in block c, rooms are very tired and dated. It is very noisy you can hear the furniture being moved around and general noise, I did tell reception and they offered to move us to top floor but next to a stairwell so we stayed where we were.The food , low grade just shoved on your plate, I would not go half board it is like a school canteen and depressing, it is not a happy place, more harassing. The beach cafe which you pay for however is wonderful with much better quality food service is still not great there. The restaurants in the area are plentiful and lovely with much better food and really good service. Other restaurants are managing during covid times with good service and happy staff, not sure why this hotel can’t do the same.

Amazing Stay in Cala d Or!
We loved this resort! Located right on the water, the location can’t be topped! The access to multiple pools was fantastic! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Lovely hotel with fantastic bay view from our apartment and pool area. We had a renovated apartment in G block - it was spacious and clean for 2 adults and 2 teens! Would thoroughly recommend.

Very well located, close to the beach and to restaurants at walking distance. Nice pools with snack bars. Very good breakfast buffet. The only complaint was related to wi-fi access to the internet, which took a few days for them to authorize.

Fantastic 12 night stay at Azul Park. Spotlessly clean and lovely service from really friendly staff. Good location and great breakfast. One small downside is that the swimming pool gets a little rowdy, with balls flying everywhere.

We were upgraded to a 2-bed apartment with access to one of the private pools which turned out to be fantastic. The boys loved playing here to the extent we only went in the main pool once. The views were also fantastic. We were room only so cannot comment on the food but there were plenty of places within walking distance to dine at.

Pleasant enough hotel with very good staff. A few disappointments .1) The wifi is awful and cannot be relied on 2) The pool does not open until 10.00am so it is virtually impossible to get a pre-breakfast swim. 3) €3.50 A NIGHT for use of the safe installed in the room.Come on !! It is there anyway and is costing the hotel nothing. Be aware that this is very much a family hotel and, even in school term time , there are lots of families with pre-school children and babies. Not a problem in itself , but breakfast time can be a bit frantic. The breakfast buffet however was excellent

I stayed for a week with my daughter, the location is excellent, right on the beach and an easy walk to the town center. We self catered so I cannot comment on the food. The rocks are great for kids (and adults) to jump into the sea! All the staff we encountered were very pleasant and helpful. My only feedback would be the need for more sun beds , the space is available but there was a lack of beds at peak times, otherwise a very pleasant stay. Thank you,

Fantastic family orientated complex and resort. Some of the blocks are in need of modernisation however, which is already happening is some blocks but not others yet. The difference in these is vast.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and although our accommodation was a little dated, it was kept immaculately clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful, our accommodation had a stunning sea view, with beautiful sandy beaches nearby with lots of ladder access points directly into the sea. The hotel restaurant and facilities were great too.

5 day stay Cala D'Or in July 2018
Lovely view from balcony of the sea a nd the food at breakfast was very good. We had hired a car and used the hotel as a base to explore the area. Cala D'Or is a nice clean resort. Great restaurant area and local beaches are wonderful, although we had to be careful as there were a lot of jellyfish which caused a painful sting to me and my son; neither of us were harmed though. Having said that, our room smelled musty and the decor was tired. There was some mould inthe grouting in the bathroom. The place felt damp. We had asked for a sea view and that trumped asking for a different room, but it was not what we expected. We were surprised that the safe in the room was not treated as a part of out welfare and security; the hotel choosing to charge 3 euros a day to rent the key to operate the safe. The hotel pools were overcrowded and sunbeds were 'reserved' from a very early hour. I think they made an effort to remove towels to free up beds where people were not returning but I was glad we were able to get away from the masses. During the stay, my wife had a Kipling beach bag stolen from our balcony where left to dry. I mentioned it to reception and they said the manager would be in touch as I felt I knew who had probably taken it. No one made contact so I was further concerned as to their attitude to security. I made these points to Inturotel in their own survey and received an email back to say someone would be in touch but again, it appears they are disinterested.

Fantastic location in Cala D'or.
All the hotel staff were very pleasant helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Room was a good size and close to reception, the pools and the beach bar. Breakfast was amazing with so much choice even on our last day we had smoked salmon and champagne. Asked to keep room after normal checkout time as got a late flight home our prayers were answered which was a God send!!. All areas of the hotel were immaculate and would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Large, busy complex, good but not great!
We had an apartment on he 3rd floor, so had to lug cases up the stairs as there isn’t a lift! Ate in the restaurant once, just about ok, quantity not quality! Pool area busy as was small beach area, ok apart from jellyfish, but I guess they can’t control that! Apartment ok with large balcony, although a little tired. Local area very busy & a bit tacky, but plenty of bars etc. Cala D’Or has some nice little bays & a lovely harbour with good restaurants, so go there instead!

Accommodation was basic but clean. The reception staff were friendly but often didn't have information necessary and didn't go out of their way to help. We had an ant infestation and I had to identify the source of it (a nest) and suggest how to deal with it - all they kept doing up until then was send cleaners round with a spray which hardly helped. The communal areas and swimming pool areas are amazing - clear, comfortable, well-staffed, lovely pools.

Quiet seaside hotel
Really peaceful hotel right next to the beautiful Cala Esmerelda. Swimming in the sea or at the pools is fantastic. Rooms are clean and functional, some have amazing views. All the staff were super helpful and friendly. The facilities are shared with the sister hotel so everyone benefits in terms of choice of activities or restaurants.
