I liked the location. Not very happy that we had to pay a deposit to get a kettle, the remote control and 18euros for the safe. The reception staff didn't made us feel safe, saying that if something gets stolen from the room it is not their responsibility. Another thing that we found awkward was that we had to keep the swimming pool glasses for the next day. The room wasnt cleaned properly the living room mirror was dirty for the whole week and the shower looked very dirty looks like they dont use any bleach.

The room was really clean and beautiful ,the view was amazing, beach pretty close,but...Lot of stairs, lot of walk, till 2/3 in the morning loud music from the bar next to it, food ok but not great,swimming pool is just for kids.

Stunning view. Value for money. Ruined for us by two particular groups of rowdy guests - a hen party of northern cackly women who found it necessary to whoop, shout, sing and cackle loudly and relentlessly at every opportunity. Plus a family of 4 adults and 2 kids poolside, where the older male of the party thought it acceptable to play (questionable) music loudly from his phone with no consideration to other guests and competing in volume with the poolbar music. Food ok for price paid and exceptionally clean Unfair to be harsh on hotel as it was the aforementioned guests that ruined our stay and probably on hindsight not our type of resort. Enjoyed sea views and lovely walk to nearby beach however.

Had a lovely week, all the staff were really friendly and work really hard in all areas. Food was good, 8am till noon for breakfast meant no rushing in the mornings. Rooms cleaned daily. Entertainment geared more for kids. Would return.

Wonderful hotel, stunning sea view!
Th ehotel is amazin, the apartments are big and clean, new furniture, the sea view is stunning. But the variety of food at the restaurant is very poor, comparing to other hotels I have stayed in. Price/quality rate is good.

Great stay, exactly as described. Some reviews saying food not the most exciting. Had fresh fish / meat each day on the grill, pasta station , salad station, meats and cheese etc was all good. Food and drink available pretty much all day. Pool was great for the kids

Stunning sea views but be prepared to climb steps.
Great views of the sea and great apartment set up for all inclusive hotel. Food and drink was OK. If checking in after 12 staff have limited English. You cannot get late check out if your room is booked the next day regardless of how early you book. Lots of steps reception on level 3, pool on level 1, restaurant outside the hotel so you cannot avoid the steps. There are access routes either side of hotel complex so look for them if you need it for pushchairs etc. Car park limited spaces. Really close (400m) to a lovely beach so don't miss out on paying it a visit.

we both loved the apartments The only problem we had was the amount of stairs. As we are both in our 70's and struggled with the amount of stairs up and down to the pol an restaurant. This is not made clear in your web site

This complex says that it is all inclusive! Not what I expect from all inclusive, no bottled water in fridge, no snacks during the day. Just a buffer restaurant, same food for lunch as for snacks. Used to many plastic cups and straws. Entertainment staff and bar staff very friendly.

Lovely apartment and resort. Food was good. What let it down was we ordered an early breakfast as we we wete picked up esrly for our flight. This consisted of bread, butter and biscuits and a mini muffin.

We stayed here as a couple, it was more of a family friendly resort as it was full of kids, so I wouldn't recommend for couples. The rooms were really nice, very clean and brand new which was the main reason for our stay. It was quite noisy on a couple of nights, mainly from the family next door screaming and banging around and then from some entertainment over the road. Even though the rooms are apartments, there is nothing at all in terms of utensils, not even a fork! There wasn't a huge selection of food, although what was on offer did taste ok, but it was very very budget food and quite hit and miss. The drinks were ok too, but the spirits left a nasty taste in our mouths and everything was full of sugar apart from the beer. There is not much to do apart from the beaches, we found a nice beach club to go to with great music and a sax player, Buddah beach do beach parties on Thursdays with live music so that broke the week up a bit! I wouldn't come back here, but I think you get what you pay for! This hotel could be amazing if they put a bit more thought into the surroundings and décor around the pool area.

This hotel is no use to anyone who has a problem
despite being told I had a problem with stairs they did not tell you that this hotel was of no use to me. If I wanted to go to the pool I had to go down 7 flight of steps, it was the same for both bars and the entertainment. for meals we had to go down a flight of stairs too. the plumbing was dreadful when you had a shower the hole room was flooded and I had to use 5 towels everyday to soak it up. the toilet first would not flush and two days later the water from the system so it would not flush again. The pool was nowhere big enough and you could not swim in it as there was only a small part of it deep enough and you could stand up in that part too. As for facilities to use an iron cost 12 euros plus a 10 euro deposit, the safe cost 16euros plus 3 euros deposit, they said there was a pool table but again you had to pay 2 euros a game. It stated a separate living room but it was one big room and at one stage my sister was thinking of coming too and she was going to use the bed settee because I told her that she would have her own room that would have been embarrassing to say the least. No phones in the rooms we had but again they said there were and the internet did not work in our room and was only intermittent in my granddaughters rooms. The freezer in the fridge didn't look as though it had ever been defrosted and the ice cube tray was frozen in it upside down. I think this hotel ought to review it's advertisement.

Ein schönes Hotel in einer sehr schönen Lage zum Meer. Allerdings muss an fit in Treppensteigen sein. Egal wo man in der Anlage hin möchte, man kommt nicht ohne Treppen dahin. Einen Aufzug gibt es nicht. Entgegen anderern Bewertungen hatten wir (4 Personen) alle nichts am Essen auszusetzen. Es war lecker und immer ausreichen, auch in der Auswahl vorhanden. Es war zwar wenig gewürzt, aber man hatte alles zum nachwürzen. Und dann lieber so, als wenn es zu viel gewürzt ist. Das mit dem Plastikbechern ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber auch kein Weltuntergang und händelbar. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und würden wieder hier buchen.

Hôtel très agréable, personnel accueillant et toujours là pour répondre à vos questions! Les appartements sont très propres. Ménage fait tous les jours. La nourriture est bonne même si ce n’est pas de la haute gastronomie. Équipe d’animation super sympa! Vue magnifique Piscine petite mais suffisante pour nous! Seul hic le parking trop petit. Stedet ligger fantastisk. Vi bookede en lejlighed med havudsigt, hvilket kun kan anbefales. Dog er det lidt en joke at have lejlighed med køkken, da det eneste man kan benytte er køleskabet. Der er ingen køkkenting overhovedet i lejligheden, ikke engang et glas. Maden var ganske ok og varieret, men det er en meget kedelig restaurant, hvor det ikke er muligt at spise udendørs. Af den årsag kommer vi ikke igen.

Die Unterkunft hatte eine super Lage, man schaute direkt auf das Meer. Das Essen war in Ordnung, man musste nicht hungern. Nebenan gab es ein Center, wo man sich die Zeit vertreiben konnte. Die Natur ist wunderschön, dafür musste man natürlich etwas wandern.

Hotel molto pulito e nuovo. Camera vista mare fantastica! Unica pecca non c’è la possibilità di usare la cucina perché mancano pentole, piatti, bicchieri e anche le forchette e non c’è microonde. Noi con bimbo piccolo abbiamo avuto problemi a scaldare il latte la mattina, la colazione viene servita dalle 8. Pasti nella norma, nulla di eccezionale, buffet per tedeschi e inglesi. Il ristorante non è il pezzo forte! Per noi non è stato un problema ma l’hotel ha molte scale e non è dotato di ascensore. Se avete passeggini chiedete una stanza al piano terra. Vicino all’hotel c’è una spiaggia bellissima, cala domingos, raggiungibile con 5 minuti di camminata. Non abbiamo utilizzato l’animazione perché la sera gli spettacoli iniziavano alle 22/22.30 e i bimbi già dormivano e durante il giorno andavano alla scoperta dell’isola! Non c’è un parcheggio privato ma non è un problema, si trova facilmente a pochi metri dall’hotel. Nel complesso vacanza molto piacevole in una struttura molto buona!! La migliore della zona!

Die Strandnähe und der Meerblick aus dem Zimmer waren super! Die Anlage ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail angelegt! Das Essen war sehr gut, doch nicht sehr abwechslungsreich. Dunkle Brot-und Brötchensorten habe ich vermisst. Aber alles in Allem, sehr zu empfehlen!!

Unser Zimmer konnten wir auch mit Verspätung der Fluggesellschaft in der Nacht noch beziehen. Wir sind gut empfangen worden aber nicht begleitet zum Zimmer. Getränke sind uns nicht angeboten worden, oder ein kleiner Snack... obwohl der vorhergehende Tag schon bezahlt war. Das Zimmer war sauber und wurde täglich gesäubert. Übern dem Bett Staub und Spinnen sind nicht entfernt worden. Essen war genug und vielseitig. Nur hat es uns leider teilweise nicht geschmeckt... - Geschmackssache aber auch dann ab 4. Tag nicht mehr motivierend... Essen zu gehen Getränkeautomaten waren am Wochenende defekt, was aber nicht weiter störte, es gab ja eine Poolbar. Dort waren alle Getränke frei... Nur die Becher sind nicht immer sehr steril gesäubert. Abends ist es zu laut für Leute die Ruhe suchen definitiv nichts. Die Animation war immer bis 0 Uhr so ca. Alle saßen in Plastikstühlen, diese würde ich dem Hotel auch mal anpassen. An der Poolbar draußen könnte es ansprechender und gemütlicher sein. Poolliegen werden trotzdem belegt mit Handtüchern. Wenn man nicht selber vorm Frühstück sein Handtuch hinlegen geht, dann bekommt man keine Liege mehr am Pool. Animateur ging uns auf die Nerven das wir mitmachen sollen beim Pilates... Wir wollten uns eigentlich nur 5 Tage ausruhen. Gelang leider nicht wirklich... trotzdem war das Hotel für ein paar Tage Urlaub mit Familie sehr gut. Es gab sogar Eis bei AI dazu. Im Restaurant waren das Personal sehr nett und bemüht. Für Familien mit Kindern sehr gut!

Ogólnie jesteśmy zachwyceni, hotel świetny, animatorzy dla dzieci super! W drinkach nie żałują alkoholu. Ludzie fantastyczni, gorąco polecam! Jedyna wada to jedzenie po kilku dniach wszystko się przejada i bardzo często jest nie doprawione, a np. stek był kompletnie nie jadalny.

Parfait !
Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour de 6 jours dans cet hôtel, en famille. Hôtel très propre, bien situé, où l'on mange très bien, et avec de très bonnes animations sans que ces dernières ne soient non plus trop présentes, vraiment un séjour au top !

Уютный семейный отель с массой достоинств.
Понравилось: Расположение прямо у моря, адекватная клиентура, небольшая, но очень ухоженная территория, профессиональный и лояльный персонал, относительно небольшое количество номеров (трёхэтажные корпуса, а не как у соседних отелей по 10 этажей), комфортабельность номеров, очень хорошая и разнообразная кухня (особенно рыба, кондитерские изделия, фрукты, овощи), развлечения для детей. Минусов очень мало: Отсутствие собственной парковки, дети могут развиться в бассейне в любое время (даже в полночь), что они и делают, мешая засыпать. 10 минут пешком до ближайшего пляжа ленивой походкой восьмилетнего ребенка и 15 минут до следующего, где народа в 2 раза меньше и вход лучше. Отличный вариант по соотношению цена-качество.

Det var virkelig overraskende godt og afslappende med børn. God børneklub. Lidt overfyldt pool dog. Maden var god omend jeg godt kunne have tænkt mig lidt flere spanske specialiteter og lidt mindre tysk mad. Personalet var søde og hjælpsomme.

Dejligt hotel. Bestil med havudsigt, alle pengene værd. Maden er spisesalsagtigt og du får hvad du betaler for. Men friskt og ok til pengene.
