"Our stay in Boracay Midtown Hotel is very disappointing. Upon arrival at the hotel, no staff was immediately available. We had to ring the bell and waited for 5mins under hot environment. The staff wasn't so happy enough when we arrived. When we reached our room, the a/c is not completely working and not as cold as expected.
