Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
Angetroffen an der Unterkunft haben wir zunächst einmal den Eingang nicht finden können, da überall abgeschlossen war. Erst durch die Hilfe von Einheimischen und der Verständigung des Mitarbeiters im Hotel, wurde uns die Tür geöffnet. Es stellte sich heraus, dass der Mitarbeiter nichts von der Buchung wusste. Erst am nächsten Tag bestätigte er uns, dass die Buchung einging. Ich muss aber sagen, dass er und die anderen Mitarbeiter sehr bemüht waren, uns einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Trotz dessen muss ich aber leider anmerken, dass das Zimmer zum Wünschen übrig ließ. Nachdem das erste Zimmer nicht einmal eine Dusche hatte, haben wir ein anderes Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett bekommen. Auch da fehlten aber leider einige Sachen. Handtücher brachte der Mitarbeiter uns wenig später. Toilettenpapier musste erst gekauft werden, haben wir dann am nächsten Tag bekommen. Das Bad und das Bett waren aber sehr dreckig. Die Bettwäsche schien sogar schon benutzt. Die WLAN-Verbindung war okay. Obwohl wir keinen Frühstück hatten, haben wir jeden Morgen leckeren Tee ans Zimmer bekommen. Zusammenfassend waren die Mitarbeiter nett, die Unterkunft aber weniger schön.
