Enjoy an unforgettable stay in our cozy home located next to Huelin Park and the beach of the same name, in a fully renovated building, next to the train station. This 90 m² apartment, with free parking space, is perfect for couples, families, and groups of friends seeking comfort, modernity, and a central yet quiet location.  
  
The Space  
  
The apartment is located on the second floor, accessible by elevator, and features three fully equipped bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds, providing ideal accommodation for up to 6 people. Additionally, it has two modern bathrooms with showers.  
  
A spacious living-dining room integrates harmoniously with the kitchen, creating an ideal space to share pleasant moments. From the living room, a large window provides access to a charming terrace, equipped with two chairs and a small table, creating the perfect environment to relax, read a book, or enjoy a coffee outdoors.  
  
Amenities and Common Areas  
  
The apartment features quality furniture, air conditioning in all rooms, and high-speed WiFi. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, and has everything necessary for a comfortable stay. We also offer an iron, hairdryer, towels, and high-quality bed linens. Additionally, we provide a weekly linen and towel change service, included in the price. The apartment also offers a free parking space in the same building.

The apartment is only a 10-minute walk from the historic city center, and the proximity to the train station facilitates travel and allows you to explore Málaga and its surroundings with ease.
