Comfortable apartment renovated 2 steps from the beach

Apartment in second line of Pedregalejo beach, bright, very well connected, 20 min by bus to the center; Community interior courtyard.

3 bedrooms (2 with double bed and 1 with bunk beds), living room and rooms with air conditioning (only June, July, August and September), patio, kitchen and bathroom. Internet included.

The neighborhood of Pedregalejo is a neighborhood of low houses and blocks of 3 floors at most in most. Next to the sea, enjoy a beautiful walk with many bars and restaurants, it is a quiet area and very well connected to the center.
There is a bus stop just 10 meters away, which takes you to the center. A supermarket right next door. The parking is on the street, normally there is no problem, only on weekends and summer we will have to look for something else, as many people come to spend the day by the sea.

Air conditioning in the months of June, July, August and September. For stays of one month or more, the tenant is responsible for the electricity costs (in cash upon leaving). Possibility of private parking in the building for 10 euros a day.

Clients have to throw their own rubbish out to the containers, which are in the main street.
You also have to do your worn washing up, and leave cups, glasses, plates, etc., clean.
If any of these requirements, we Will take 20 eur off the deposit, thanks for your cooperation!

If you loose your key or get locked out, you would need top ay 20 eur to have someone come to open, thanks!

Rude Hosts, Odd Shower, Would NOT Recommend
There is no flexibility in your arrival despite flight changes and things that can happen on an overseas trip. Its confusing who you are supposed to communicate with (owner or manager) and when you talk to one they don't communicate with each other. I was rudely asked in emails to remain in constant contact with them, emails I can only see in wifi. I am on vacation not there to answer my hosts every beckon email. The location was great for our needs but it all stops there. A big reason I also rented this place was because it had aircon and my medications cause me to overheat so I need aircon. When the owners or host popped in when we were out (and oh by the way they popped in several times without notifying us first) I was berated for using the aircon while we were not in the house. OK I get that but they further told me it wasn't hot enough outside to warrant its use and aircon is bad for the environment. Then we were without water/showers for a few days because there was a leak in some pipes, I get that things go wrong. So when the washing machine door broke we notified them right away and they charged me. I reminded them that not only could we not shower for 2 days, we also had to clean up after the workers came and made the water repairs and we had to leave the apartment from 9am till 3pm. I also took pictures of the TV not working and the glitchy picture - we got accused of touching wires - it was never fixed. All in all I was told to bad this was not a hotel . The place lists that it sleeps 6 and we had 4 there but they charged me an extra 185 Euros for an extra person, so confused! Also the shower is horrible and awkward - the bathroom floods every time you use it because it wasn't properly set up. Zero character and bare bones inside the house so don't expect to be comfortable or have a homey feeling. This was my first bad renting experience but it was awful! So awful that the other friend staying with us left and went to a hotel the last 2 days.
