Room is ok Convenient to go around A lot of shopping centres But there are only two reserve packing lots for this hotel drive out come back late no hotel packing lot need to park along the road Need to improve

I booked 2 rooms for me n my friends. Unfortunately the room that my friend stay, there's a dead cockroach in the toilet. They'll waited more than 20mins for housekeeping to clean it. The air conditioning not cold.

Reasonably good hotel.
This hotel is near most attractions. With free car park space. Hotel charged me RM20 for losing the room card. Hotel not suitable for people with physical disability, too many stairs.

great stay great location worth it
I book a family apartment room for my family of five. Great stay . The bed is so comfortable and cleanliness is fine! Just except the toilet bath curtain maybe need to wash , the bottom have the stain ,it made me feel uneasy. We have two family staying with fenix inn , definitely we come back again to stay

Location is fantastic since it is near the city center & just next to Hatten Hotel. It was a last minute booking & many other hotels were fully booked due to the long weekend of Hari Raya Haji. Nothing to shout about a 2 star hotel. We managed a 2-room, 2-night stay here without much difficulty. All we need were clean beds & a good shower since we were out to Melaka town the whole day. Looking at the rate paid compared to the services received, I think it was a fair deal.

Upon arrival and checking in everything seems Ok. Staff was friendly and helpful but when nightfall came realize that the aircon was leaking badly. Made a call to the front desk and was immediately attended too and made a room change. Super efficient on the quick response of the staff will definitely consider this hotel for my next trip. Bravo to the staff

The rooms are new, neat, clean for a budget friendly price. Hotel staff very accommodating. They don't serve breakfast but we ate at the restaurant just outside the hotel.
